Hotels Near Universal Shopping Center in Chengdu

The room was the most satisfying of this trip. It is very close to the Global Center. Go past the intersection and take the alley on the left. It is about a 10-minute walk from the Global Center. Wanda Plaza is next to the hotel. Crossing Wanda Plaza is the entrance to Metro Line 1, so transportation is very convenient. What’s more, the hotel is very close to where my husband used to work and live, which was a pleasant surprise. We even went back to revisit the old place. The hotel is newly decorated, with smart toilets and automatic curtains, a big TV which is very powerful, and the configuration inside is relatively comfortable and sanitary. The environment around the hotel is also relatively good, and the environment and elevators of the entire building are relatively clean.

The room is simple and elegant, spacious, and has great lighting. I felt relaxed as soon as I entered the room. The quilt was also very soft, and I slept soundly without any noise disturbance. The room was impeccably clean, tidy, and the details were handled very carefully. The facilities were also complete, and the air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi were all very powerful. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and they patiently answered our questions. The layout in the room is simple yet stylish, and the facilities are complete and new and clean. The lighting is cleverly designed to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bedding is of high quality. When you lie down on it, you feel like you are surrounded by clouds and sleep until dawn. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are exquisite and complete, and the hot water supply is sufficient and stable. The hotel's catering also brought us surprises. You don’t have to worry about someone coming in to insert a small card like in some hotels. What if you are worried that the takeaway you ordered cannot be delivered? Don’t worry, the hotel front desk service is very good. After asking the room number and seeing that it is indeed your room, they will help the takeaway boy swipe the elevator control card to let him go. Because the check-in time is relatively early, you may see that there are still room sisters cleaning the room for refunds. They are really sisters. Although a little presumptuous, they will give you a very down-to-earth feeling. They do things very trickily and wipe the room clean. The front desk gave me a room facing the street. Opposite is Tiexiang Temple Water Street. The environment is very good and the view is also very wide. If you don’t want to go out, just stay in your room, bake a little sun, and make a cup of coffee by yourself ☕ It’s so comfortable. The only drawback is that there is no restaurant and breakfast is not included. But now that we are here, there is Water Street across the street. Why worry about not having anything to eat? Once you cross the road, you will find everything. There is a noodle restaurant in Fengyun Street that is quite delicious.

I came to Chengdu in busy touristic season and I found Mustel was the best option to stay. Staff is polite, supportive and professional, room is beautiful, has fresh maintenance and it’s clean and comfy. I enjoyed stylish design and stunning windowsill. There’re some western restaurants nearby, cozy bar in the hotel and cafes downstairs, the hotel has some interaction options like mahjong room (I’d like to visit but didn’t have a company) and shopping mall, bars etc around. Price is also affordable. Thanks for the nice stay :)

It has been a great trip! Book this hotel because close to my friend place , straight 3nights stay which is a bit worry as non smoker I had bad luck with room most time in China. But stuff are really kind and helpful ,so we extended one more night. Room still a bit spacious but really clean and comfortable!

Highly recommended! We chose this hotel for our wedding anniversary getaway, and they did made our celebration extra special. We got a cake from them, also decorated our room romantically. Service was perfect, room was huge, clean and just PERFECT. Very family friendly. Food was great. If you want a perfect city and river view, go to this hotel. Cindy was amazing, very professional, friendly and helpful. Most of the staff speak good english if you are a non chinese speaker. They’re very helpful. A fine gentleman down in their lobby area helped us ordered a car. I forgot his name. Thankful we chose this hotel. We are definitely going back here again
