chatalQingcheng Mountain Girls' Trip🍃 I'd repeatedly book this healing B&B!
Escaping the bustling city of Chengdu with my bestie for a weekend, we came to Qingcheng Mountain to breathe in the fresh air and unwind – it was incredibly therapeutic! We stumbled upon the hidden gem, Hegushanju, which offers an all-inclusive experience for dining, accommodation, and activities, meaning absolutely no planning was needed.✨
The B&B is nestled in a tranquil mountain forest and bamboo sea, fully immersing you in a Zen atmosphere! Besides the private hot tub on each room's super private balcony ♨️, there's also a stunning outdoor mountain pool. The water is crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, making it perfect for photoshoots. Playing in the water and strolling with my bestie was incredibly enjoyable!
The evening healing experience was a huge plus! Every night at 8 PM, there's a singing bowl and candlelit meditation, offering an immersive way to de-stress and calm the mind. It truly healed all my work-related anxieties; the experience was fantastic.
The second day's itinerary was relaxed yet fulfilling! From 8:30 to 10:00 AM, there's an incredibly rich buffet breakfast with everything from *chaoshou* (wontons), noodles, to whole grain porridges. We ate until we were full and energized.
During the day, you can join a group hike in the mountain forest to embrace nature, or quietly copy scriptures and paint mandalas at the Suwen Academy, slowly savoring the holiday time.
Choosing this place for a short escape with my bestie was absolutely perfect – gentle and healing. I'll definitely come again! #QingchengMountain #GirlsTrip #HealingB&B #WeekendEscape

KelaladuFacilities: The room amenities are decent, but the smart curtain is a bit silly. You can't control it individually, meaning if you want to close it, you have to close everything. There's no screen on the street-facing side, and it's very close to the building opposite, so you can see everything happening in their rooms (and they can see everything happening in yours).
Service: This isn't my first stay here. The first time, after receiving the booking, the host promptly contacted us to tell us where the free parking was, and the entire check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The contact person at the time was also very enthusiastic and helped with everything.
This time, after booking, I didn't receive a confirmation call or parking information from the host until around 5 PM when I checked in. So we drove straight to the same parking lot we used last time. There was even a poster in the parking lot with the accommodation's name on it. But when we checked out, we were told we had to pay for parking before leaving. We were like, 'What?????' We called the host, and they said, 'Oh, we're no longer partnered with that parking lot.' ???? If you're no longer partnered, why didn't you say something beforehand? If you're no longer partnered, why didn't you contact your customers in advance to inform them of the new parking location? If you're no longer partnered, why didn't you take down the poster with your accommodation's name in that parking lot? Just because you're no longer partnered, you can't just assume old customers will know, right? You can't provide detailed service the first time and then start to get perfunctory, right? Why not just write in your policy changes: 'As of [date], this establishment no longer provides free parking service'? Running a hotel or guesthouse can't just be about being disorganized and then just saying 'sorry,' can it? Repeat customers come back because they approved of their first experience. Aren't you just cutting off your own repeat business?
Other aspects were okay. This time, it might be approaching peak season, and the accommodation seems less soundproof. Wearing earplugs at night can still solve the problem.
Breakfast is dumplings, noodles, and tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls). If you don't like it, you can walk around the street; there are plenty of places to eat, but the prices are random.
Double refined afternoon tea: The afternoon tea was also pretty good.
[Exclusive for guests] Slow-cooked old fire stew ● Goodnight sweet soup: This was hot milk.

Guest UserI was very satisfied with my stay. There are many accommodations in Qingcheng Mountain, and I chose this one. Before check-in, a staff member called to ask if I needed the hot tub filled in advance, which was great – I could just soak right upon arrival. The private hot tub in the room also offered good privacy, with a canopy overhead. The hotel is located directly opposite Qingcheng Mountain High-speed Rail Station. Parking is also very convenient, with its own underground parking lot. There's also a playground for kids, making it quite suitable for family travel. They provided afternoon tea, which included cold brew tea, fruit, and pastries. This place is pet-friendly, allowing dogs, which is perfect for those traveling with their furry friends. The breakfast was light but quite delicious. The front desk was responsive. It's definitely worth staying here; I plan to bring my kids next time for a cool escape. There's also a 24-hour FamilyMart right at the entrance, making it very convenient for buying things.

The hotel is not far from Huashuiwan Hot Spring Town, built by the roadside, making parking convenient with a dedicated underground parking garage. There are two accommodation buildings. The price is a bit high, but the environment is quite good, though there's not much to explore in the surrounding area. The room was spacious, although the walls were a bit dirty. The hot springs are great, with about 10 pools built along the river, plus a sauna room. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Overall, the facilities are complete. Breakfast was very rich with a wide variety of options. The jam tasted homemade, which was a pleasant surprise – they even provided a butter knife, which many larger hotels don't! It would be a pretty good deal if the price were under 500.

Guest UserI specifically booked a king room, and it was spacious enough to move around comfortably. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—so I slept really well. The whole place was clean and odor-free, the facilities were comprehensive, and the location was convenient. I was very satisfied with my stay and the overall travel experience.

Facilities: The hotel and room facilities are quite old, and the walls are severely waterlogged due to years of rain.
Cleanliness: The hotel is mediocre, with some mosquitoes and insects hanging around corners, and the bedding has a damp smell.
Environment: Sitting on the balcony or in the lobby bar, you can see the lush mountains in the distance. The air is especially fresh after the rain, and the mist is shrouded in clouds, creating a very picturesque atmosphere.
Service: The hotel staff will do their best to provide services upon request, so it's generally acceptable.

Went during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional.
The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time.
Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea.
The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great.
More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money.
The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath.
The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience.
Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time.
We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out.
The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not.
The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.

Guest UserExcellent hotel! Its location right at the Lidui Park exit is superb. Being on a high floor, you get a great panoramic view of the entire ancient town, including the South Bridge's 'blue tears' and the Minjiang River.
The hotel offers complimentary tea on the 19th floor and a hot spring on the first basement level. While not natural, it's perfect for kids to splash around. It's also very close to the ancient town and the Dujiangyan scenic area.
