As a frequent traveler for both business and leisure, I’ve had the opportunity to visit China multiple times. During my recent trip to Chengdu, I was in search of quality accommodation for an extended stay of two nights or more. As a Platinum member on Trip.com, I discovered LAN’S Hotel (Kuanzhai Alley, Chengdu) and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail. The level of customer service provided can only be described as outstanding. Hotel’s customer service are excellent, can early check-in, provide cleanliness, environment are good, they will clean your room automatically as well, they do provide washing machine too, without charging any fees, Good Hotel, Recommended 👍

The special enthusiasm of the tourist attendants who came to Chengdu helped us solve all kinds of problems. The people were quite nice, and the room also gave us a preferential price to stay here in Chengdu.Well, the environment, delicious food and snacks are all pretty good.

Really nice hotel in a charming quiet residential neighborhood. Room was clean & well furnished, with a most comfortable bed. Staff were very kind & helpful. Theres a small beautiful park right across the street, and metro station less than ten minutes walk away. Great place to stay for exploring local culture.

As a family of 3, the rooms were very spacious and big with very nice toilets. Close to a lot of attractions and the mrt station is 5 mins walk away There’s a Macdonald and Watson nearby

Everything is fine room is huge. Location quite near to Kuan Zai as well. Convenient stalll just right below the hotel.

The room has a wide and bright view. The king-size bed room I booked is 1.8 meters long and very comfortable to sleep in. I had a good experience after staying there for a few days. There is a convenience store beside the lobby. The front desk staff, Xiao Gao and Xiao Mao, were enthusiastic, professional and friendly.
