there was no reception desk to check in, and it was quite hard to find the hotel and the room.
the toilet was not clean.
the room was so beautiful with some amenities.

入住的時候人很多，恰巧我訂的那間有人住了，店長免費幫我升級了。服務很好噢，前台小姐姐的態度也超級好，愛了愛了。青旅的位置挺好找的，地鐵站下來走幾分鐘就到了，店裡設計佈置都很不錯，衞生也乾淨，前台辦理入住也很迅速，房間看起來也很乾凈，本來打算衹住一天，因為體驗感很不錯又續了兩天，在這裏住了三天，總體入住體驗感很不錯，值得下次來成都的時候再過來住!

交通：下面地鐵裏的很近去那裡真的都很方便而且離春熙路也很近。
衞生：阿姨打掃衞生真的很仔細説實話可以給阿姨提點工資什麼的。
環境：自我感覺很符合我的裝修風格真的很喜歡這種的裝修風格，我的菜。
服務：祁店長和前台哪個陳妹妹處理問題很快，有什麼問題他們兩個會立馬幫你處理絕對不會拖沓。
總的來説這個地方我很喜歡希望老闆給他們再多加點福利什麼的，每天忙前忙後很累我是看在眼裡了

.我一進到青旅大廳，就覺得眼前一亮，是我喜歡的裝修風格，店裡很乾凈，也有很多休閑娛樂設施，晚上大家可以一起玩飛行棋、狼人殺、劇本殺什麼的，大家素質都很好。店裡服務也不錯，值得推薦！這幾天的入住感覺這家店氛圍超級好。雖然店裡麪住着的人來自五湖四海，但是大家之間沒有任何嫌隙。我們每天晚上一起坐着聊聊天，看電影、談心。讓我感覺特別在這家店特別舒服。還有就是，店長和前台人也超級熱情，服務態度特別好，有什麼問題提出可以馬上得到解決！總之，這個店真的很nice!

入住的時候地面未乾可以理解，台盆馬桶都濕答答的，後來聯繫管家讓阿姨重新打掃的。離店的時間也沒有搞清楚，阿姨就進來要打掃。地理位置挺好的。

成都，一座令人嚮往的城市，在網上對比了好幾家店，最後挑選了這家，挺不錯的，很滿意，性價比高，房間精緻緊湊，乾淨衞生，最主要安全，交通便利，離景點也近，周邊設施完善，很適合一個人住。離地鐵站附近，離天府廣場近，環境優美，房間設計獨特，乾淨衞生，設備齊全，服務態度也很好，非常滿意的一次入住。位置不錯，挺好找，床品很乾凈，舒適，服務員也很熱情，非常滿意！感謝笑臉裏每一位工作人員，貼心的服務，舒適的環境，給我們7天的成都之旅點睛，感恩遇見！第一次嘗試這樣的住宿方式，體驗棒棒噠！服務很貼心，辦理入住也非常快，床軟軟的，睡的很舒服，下次還會來。店長餅乾小姐姐贊一個，服務還是可以的，以後有機會來成都的話首先好久不見，期待~
