酒店給我免費延遲了一個小時退房 地理位置還是挺好的，樓下就是地鐵站以及公交站，出地鐵站往後走10多米的樣子有個大廳就可以直接進8樓，停車也有收費停車位不貴很划算，周圍小吃奶茶店飯店都特別多，房間也很寬敞明亮，很好值得推薦!下次入住還選擇這家

1.先説服務：服務態度非常差，攜程有免費的升級房型服務，給我説沒有，前一秒攜程還能看，當我説要升級房型馬上説前一分鐘剛訂出去了，接着就把升級的房型關閉了過了幾個小時又放出來然後我在打電話馬上又給關了。態度非常差，找不到怎麼進去.前台很不耐煩。
2.住宿環境：在一個公寓樓，整棟樓外牆全是掛的酒店招牌，很像那種剛出門務工經過住的那種魚龍混雜的地方。酒店走廊像是職業學校那種學校住宿樓的走廊人很混雜，走廊臟亂差。很破舊。
3.房間情況：房間實際情況很糟糕，和攜程平台上提供的住宿照片一個賣家秀一個買家秀，太真實了。很破舊不堪，床更是一言難盡！床確定是沒有洗過的上個住客住過的沒有換過。牆面和地面還有整個的環境真的快要崩潰了！我還是住的帶浴缸的居然這個樣子。太差了！！！。房間隔音非常差，半夜凌晨1點被隔壁外面的嘈雜的聲音吵醒了。睡的我真難受，還好熬過去了。
總結：我第一次遇到在攜程照片和實物差距這麼大的，這簡直就是在騙人啊！！！這個服務態度也是絕了！

房間挺大的 就是衞生差點意思 躺着玩了會手機 背上胳膊上不舒服 一片紅 今天就沒喝酒吃海鮮 也不存在過敏 就看了下枕頭被子床單有沒有什麼問題 一看有頭髮 污漬 黑黑的也不知道是蟲子還是什麼 無語死 我就下樓反映問題 他們説換個房間 絕對不會有問題 換了 個房 還是有頭髮 污漬 毛巾上面也有點 我就沒敢用 一晚穿着長袖褲子睡的 離了個大譜

房間衞生狀況堪憂，牆上有不知道多久之前別人踩過的鞋印，牀頭櫃是白色的，顯得上面邋遢的污漬更明顯，床上枕頭臟臟的拍了圖自己看吧，還有兩個枕頭更臟，直接丟去沙發了，床單也不知道用了多久的，臟的污漬都還在，洗澡間地漏還堵了，洗個澡水完全排不出去，總之就是很差，價格和實際房間不成對比

交通很便利，樓下就是廣都地鐵A口，酒店樓下就是地鐵口，樓下也有很多吃的，火鍋店啊，麥堡客啥的，反正出去耍吃飯也方便的，酒店裝修也是比較符合我口味的

有天晚上我來的比較晚 一進房間也沒注意就去洗澡了 後面發現沒有浴巾 我把房間到處都找了莫得 後面給前台打電話打了10多分鐘才打通 我差點冷死 真的無語死了
