訂單因新員工失誤，未留房。免費升級成智能套房，老婆孩子很滿意。新開業酒店，房間傢俱有味道，慢慢肯定就好了。參觀了張騫墓和城固博物館，趕高峯前返程，愉快的國慶假期圓滿結束。下次來城固，還住這，比品味％％酒店好太多!

説好的小童加床政策呢，前台説忙加不了就完了，選擇的是智能房，但是沒有熱水，智能房又有什麼用呢，連基本的設施都滿足不了，三次聯繫前台都是不同的理由，涼水洗澡結果兩個人都感冒了，哎，真的是無語了😓離開酒店投訴到了攜程客服，攜程客户態度很好

城固縣距京昆高速不遠，中途落腳方便，酒店客流不多，停車位充足，房間寬敞，設施新，晚餐使用客房菜單送餐到房間，菜品口味很好、性價比不錯，服務也很到位，吃完飯打“快捷服務”電話幾分鐘就來服務員收餐具。早餐客流不多菜品簡單可以理解，但環境温度低，菜盛到盤子裏就涼的，這點需要改善。

一次各方面都很棒的入住體驗，性價比超高，酒店很氣派，還有歡迎手工卡片和水果茶點，房間很乾凈整潔，房間也超大，還有超大的沙發和大落地窗，視野超級棒，特別推薦酒店的床很睡着柔軟又舒適，這裏停車也很方便，各方面體驗都超級好，早餐品種也很多呦。
