設施：新酒店設施設備都比較新，房間採用智能語音，個人最喜歡衞生間的化粧鏡，太實用了。
衞生：打掃的特別乾淨
環境：在小鎮靠裡邊一點，晚上比較清凈，早上坐在陽台上曬曬太陽太愜意了
服務：做早餐的大叔特別的禮貌，服務熱情

酒店外觀時尚，關鍵是陽台上觀景特美。不愧是湖景房。特別提一下，我要大讚廚房的廚師長，我圍巾忘在餐廳了，回去拿已是中午，廚師長看我倆還沒吃飯，就叫我們一起吃點他們的工作餐，還説萬一車，真開老遠了，可以幫我們寄過去的，特別感動。萬分感謝。附近遊玩都非常方便，公園特別美，值得一去。

撫仙湖是我很喜歡的度假地，酒店外面就是紅色沙灘，樓下是星光夜市，吃喝玩樂很方便。酒店房間挺大，陽台喝茶看風景思考人生

優點：房間有很大一個陽台，晚上吹晚風看夜景很愜意。離星光也很近。
缺點：一進房間床尾就有很大一張桌子，顯得房間很擁擠，攜程房型圖片上也沒有顯示説房間會有張大桌子。早餐我有用攜程積分兑換，辦入住前台也沒有説是有早餐的

硬件很好，到撫仙湖力薦，比民宿房間寬敞、設施設備齊全，還有洗衣房。下次再去，仍會選擇這家酒店，雖然軟件弱，主要是1.早餐太拉垮了，圖一小食品不如不提供，就衹供應米線算了。煮米線的胖大姐就沒抬下眼皮，一直板著臉（另一位瘦大姐明顯和氣一些）。2.客服服務差強人意，親子套房客衞沒有皂盒、香皂和小毛巾，我們希望提供皂盒和小香皂，被告知沒有皂盒，給了一塊小香皂。我們衹好用煙缸當皂盒。另外我們滴在客衞馬桶上的果汁和籽籽，晚上回來，還在那裡。3.裝修設計問題：標間衞生間為啥有一面毛玻璃？增加成本，而且很打擾客人休息，室友早起去衞生間一開燈，整個房間都透亮。4.電梯明顯不足，衹有兩台電梯，早上九點客人用餐高峯期，客房服務員推着布草車上樓開工。早上十點客人出門，廚房員工拉着廚餘垃圾進電梯，也難怪電梯衞生臟。
推薦親子套房，比標間舒服，景觀好，唯一就是晚上進出一定關好紗窗門，蚊蟲多。

酒店在廣龍小鎮，星光廣場旁邊，靠湖邊，旁邊幾家魚莊很好吃。房間很大，每個房間都有個大陽台，很乾凈，值得入住。這次朋友一起旅遊定了4間房，走的時候到下一站發現落下一個包，包裏還有電腦、錢包，酒店主動聯繫我們，幫助把包寄出來，拾金不昧，服務到位，非常感謝！
