I stayed there for 3 days good ambience and hospitality food served was very good and served on time particular there Rooftop Restaurant was even more attractive with open air ambience Overall Value for Money definitely Recommend

Its the worst hotel to stay uncourteous staff , ***agers with lack of sensitivity to customer concern .Front office who doesn't pick up call .The AC of hotel doesn't work and they don't even respond when complained . Front office staff doesn't listen to ***agers, ***agers are ill equipped to handle situation .Please avoid visiting this hotel

Worst hotel and customer service I have ever seen. We booked two rooms ,The rooms were dirty, stains on the sheets, toilets not functioning👎👎👎

Good service value for money. Staff are really helpful. Room are ok. Food quality is good. Bar is excellent ambiance and good to spend time with bar. Roof top food is good. Shall recommend to friends and family

Stayed with Deluxe room, Superb service and special thanks to Mr. Vivek & Gerald ***agers / Rooms are well cleaned and Prices also better according to my budget. Very close to Ramachandra hospital. Recommended for stay.

We had a horrible experience at this property. Arrived very late in the evening straight from the airport. Checked in, showered (the towels were very run down and the toilet leaked upon flushing) and found bugs in the bed and on the wall.
Called the front desk to ask for a new room, were told that the hotel was sold out, and that house keeping was on its way. After waiting and waiting for house keeping, went downstairs and were offered a new room (so, we were previously lied to). That room also had bugs in the bed.
We had no choice but to leave the hotel and search for new accommodations at 1.30 am. Of course, since we had to pay a walk in rate at the new hotel, the cost to us was significantly higher, but worth not sleeping in a bug-invested bed.
Very disappointed as we had stayed at this hotel previously pre-COVID and had a positive experience. We asked for a refund and were denied. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DON'T EVER VISIT THIS HOTEL.....THE PRICE MIGHT BE LOW BUT THE SERVICE AND ROOM ARE VERY POOR. THE WASHROOM WAS DIRTY, BLOOD STAINS WERE THERE ON BEDSHEETS AND BLANKETS, AND EVEN WASHROOMS HAD ***Y STAINS. FOR COUPLES THY WILL JUST GIVE U CHEAP DIRTY ROOMS.WASHROOM. THERE WAS RUST ON THE WASHROOM TAPS. WE CHECKED IN AT 2 PM AND WANTED TO CHECK OUT AS SOON AS WE FOUND OUT WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ROOM, BUT THEY STILL DIDN'T REFUND ANY AMOUNT.
