1. Proximity to the airport 10/10 2. The beauty and cleanliness of the premise 10/10 3. Staff very nice and ready to help 10/10 3. Super clean room with full set of toiletries 10/10 4. Low rise building, more sprawled out over an area rather than high 10/10 The mention of our stay at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai Airport would not be complete without saying the experience of being in Chennai during a full fledged cyclone! Yes! When we arrived in Chennai, little did we know that a storm had already brewed and was going to bring the city of Chennai to a standstill. However, we felt secure in this hotel. It was safe, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were all good despite the fact that ***y of their homes may have been affected. They all worked with a core number of people, while their colleagues could not report for work. It was sad to see some of them overworked, yet being able to put up a smile as always. ***y of their restaurants were also closed due to limited supply. However, their main restaurant was still open and they did ***age to cater to all the guests. We rotated our schedule between the buffet, the gym and the spa, for about two days while waiting for the weather to settle. The Bodhi Spa is one of a kind! It was functioning, but for shorter hours during this difficult period. The gym is a great, I must say. Very well equipped. Well done Radisson! I’ll be back!

This is the 2nd stay in Radisson group. But this hotel service is milestone. Starting with warm welcome in lobby, Amenities in room, technologies like automated curtains and ***y more ! Rooms were very cleaned. Mr. Srinivas from reception, ***ager Mr. Abhisekh are always there to make guest satisfaction at beyond level. Breakfast was delicious with much varieties. Kudos Radisson Group Team. Will come back again.

Excellent Spa services. Special regards to Nandini. Amazing hospitality and service.Spa ambience is one of the best I have come across. Products used are extremely soothing and adding up for excellence in relaxation and massage therapy.

The interior of the hotel can take your breath away. The hospitality was exceptional, the staff were helpful and greeted you with welcome smile. Notable mentioned Sushree, Dhanesh, Afridi, Roshan, Anal.

This hotel was EXCELLENT. The hotel was beautiful. The food and service was exceptional. Spa was amazing for a massage. The gym was one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Sushree, Roshan, and Molly took very good care of me at the front desk area. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Can’t wait to return!

Radisson Blu was perfect for a quick visit to Chennai. The hotel picks you up from the airport... and drops you back as well. Everything was efficient and went smoothly

Great non vegetarian buffet dinner. Dinner was Great. Good ambience. Super service. Good collection of non vegetarian food choices chicken, mutton, fish and prawn. Meeran and Madhu served us, thanks for their courtesy and patience. Good time on a Friday night.
