環境乾淨舒適 疫情期間手續很嚴謹 入住需在前台填各種表格 寫明來去行程 床挺舒適得 床上用品也比較保暖透氣 不會悶 挺好的 周邊環境安靜不吵鬧 綜合體驗感還不錯 好評

酒店比較大型，大堂高大上，有歡迎機器人，有中西餐廳，有地面地下停車場。房間不算大，風景還可，有很多消費商品，注意使用。有浴缸，早餐算豐盛，口味一般般。酒店近高速出口，自駕非常便利，整體感覺還可。

五一期間到郴州玩住了兩晚，感謝曹美女的熱情接待，服務真的一級棒，主動倒了招待茶水還幫忙託運行李很耐心地介紹了周邊景點

酒店在高速旁邊，大堂有香氛，停車場有電車充電樁，大堂有機器人可以送物，前台小駱服務熱情禮貌，酒店各項設備設施齊全，房間有浴缸可以泡澡，推薦入住

客服人員很熱情，壞境也不錯，我們是自駕遊的，酒店接近高速出入口，交通方便，離裕後街也不遠！早餐款色不算多，因為酒店的規模不算大，不過也可以接受！我訂的那個有浴缸🛁，什麼一次性的東西都有預備！很方便！贈送的小吃零食有牛奶汽水餅乾

很少來郴州玩，差不多5年沒來了，一開始按攜程推薦選的酒店沒期待多少，但前台工作人員熱情服務和靈活服務非常感動，不比北上廣5星酒店的標準，前台工作人員曹淑雲女士再次表揚一下，下次來郴州還是會繼續選擇此酒店的

非常不好的一次體驗，從來沒有給過差評，第一次！經常入住該酒店，因為一些原因大年初一選擇入住，前台小哥全程臭臉，房間沒有升級，早上吃早餐的時候門口的人就因為我是網上訂的直接説我沒有含早，但我的訂單是含早的！！！要求我打開訂單，大過年非常晦氣！非常極度不好的體驗！希望酒店領導可以調取監控錄像，如果屬實還望嚴懲這種現象！大過年的誰都不想觸黴頭！
