Very good service, nice service, good breakfast. The only problem is that they didn’t provide twin beds as we requested. Not sure if it’s a hotel or trip.com negligence.

The hotel appears as an antique outlook, however the internal hardware of the property (electric appliances, sockets) is in need of replacement, signs of aging are visible. Beware of the safety!

Charming hotel located in the very center of Chiang Mai, yet surrounded by majestic trees and nature. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the food is amazing! Highly recommended

Location: Great, in the old city, walk 3-400 meters to Thapae Gate, there are many bars and restaurants around
Service: Very average, sorry for the room price of more than 2,000, the waiter politely said Sawadee Ka, always giving people a fake feeling, except for greeting, there is no sense of home, I brought a child, Ctrip wrote 1,000 baht per night, the hotel directly increased to 2,000 per night, fortunately I changed it back after a look! After the child came back from the trip, he asked the front desk for ice water, and felt very impatient, and the feeling was not good!
Supplies: No comb, razor was sent after calling, there was only one razor, no shaving foam... The texture of other things was also average
