First, the Good: great location, decorating was cool, room was clean, very comfortable, corner room upgrade had nice windows. Fitness center was much better than most boutique hotels.
The Bad: my wife and I went to this hotel for a night out to celebrate a birthday. We told the hotel in advance, and they notified us that they were looking forward to helping us celebrate; but they did NOTHING. They placed us on the 6th floor, out of 21. Self-park was $50/night, Valet was $75. When we checked in, the front desk attendant wrote down the wrong room on our keycard older, so we had to come all the way down for him to correct it- it was the room next door. Worst thing was: both the restaurant and the bar are closed: we were NOT notified of this at booking. Very frustrating when we were looking forward to a fun evening at a nice hotel.
