I booked 3 rooms at this hotel called Ruilan Hotel on Ctrip, but after arriving, I found that two rooms were in a community, and one was actually in another homestay 2 kilometers away. It was not a hotel at all. Ctrip has really fallen! As for the service and hardware, it's just like that. My room is 101, ** it was actually on the 3rd floor 😂😂😂, and the power was cut off in the middle of the night. Except for WeChat, I couldn't find anyone at all! The worst experience, it's too difficult, just a mess!

I booked this hotel during the May Day holiday because there were no other rooms. It was very inconvenient to check in. I was first directed to the homestay center, and then to another place when I arrived at the homestay center. There was no sign at all, which was very inconvenient. There was no communication or notification of these things in advance. Check-in was even worse than that of a fast hotel. The hotel corridor was temporarily built. The corridor was full of migrant workers still renovating. There was a garbage dump outside the window. The hot water in the room was very slow, and the water flow was very small on the second day. You can watch my video. The toilet was also broken and could not be flushed. I wanted to use a hair dryer to open the power box on the wall, and a lot of wall powder fell off. The price of 799 was 199 for the quality, and 199 also had hot water, which could flush the toilet.

The RV is not bad, it's just a little expensive during holidays, and the roads are a little congested, and you have to drive a lot of winding mountain roads. During the May Day holiday, there were not many people, which was good in this regard, a way of slow living.

The king-size bed room I booked is not in the location of Ruilan Hotel, but Guanlan Hotel, which is a fake. Only the two-bedroom and three-bedroom rooms are Ruilan Hotel! The biggest difference between the two hotels is that Guanlan is very remote, there is no basement, and the car can only be parked on the roadside. There are mountains around, and it is dark and dangerous. The indoor kettles are all sour, there is no free mineral water, there are hooks in the closet but no place to hang clothes, the hot water is very slow, and it is basically impossible to take a hot shower. It takes a long time. It's an incredible experience! ! !

The room is clean and well-equipped. The only drawback is that the waiter did not renew the gas fee in advance, and the heating was too slow to heat up. Later, the housekeeper sent two small suns to quickly raise the room temperature. But the overall service is very satisfactory, the flaws do not outweigh the merits, it is worth recommending, suitable for long-term vacations. The scenery is beautiful, the housekeeper's service attitude is very good, and there is also a garage for parking. It is recommended to go to Haituo Valley in summer, I believe it will be very good! I plan to go there twice in summer and autumn. It is a place worth visiting many times.

This is the first winter operation of Haituo Valley. We stayed at Ruilan Hotel Apar**ent. There were fewer guests in winter. Some facilities in the restaurant were broken. We ate in the staff cafeteria. The food was average but filling. The set meal carnival was unlimited. Skiing, snow tubing, snowmobile tank octopus, etc. were much better than those in Beijing. The snow tubing slide was two to three hundred meters long and thrilling. Because it was the off-season, other restaurants in the valley were basically not open, but the environment in the mountains was very good, and you could see the stars in the sky at night. It was minus twenty degrees at night, but the house was very warm. 1473 Coffee has a distant view of the Alpine Skiing Center and the sunset. In addition to entertainment, we went to the surrounding birch forest and walked on the thick white snow, which was very pleasant. It was a good trip and I look forward to getting better and better in the future.

Guanlan King Room is Guanlan Hotel, which is linked to Ruilan on the platform, but is actually in different areas. Currently, two buildings AB are open, with convenient roadside parking and 20 yuan per day parking in the resort. The hotel is not fully open yet, and the network in some rooms is not yet opened. You can communicate with the store before checking in. The hotel did not increase prices too much during holidays. There are induction cookers, refrigerators, and washing machines in the rooms, which are basically the same as in the promotional pictures. I encountered some minor troubles when checking in, and the room lady actively communicated. She didn't just explain or say "sorry", but was able to solve the problem, which is very commendable~ The room service accounts for at least 40% of the satisfaction~ Overall, it is still highly recommended~

We only said it was wrong after we mentioned it! Second, the temperature in the valley is very low at night. There is no air conditioner in the room. There are only three electric heaters in the three-bedroom apar**ent. The heater was used in the living room and one of the bedrooms was gone. We also needed to push the heater back and forth. What's more weird is that it was cold at night and all the rooms were heated, which caused power outages twice at night. The second call came in the early morning! As a result, the whole family did not sleep well! Third, the overall park management is quite chaotic. It is said that accommodation includes camping. There is no one in charge at the entrance of the campsite. Everyone is camping on the big lawn. After setting up the tent, there is a liar pretending to be a park manager and saying that they will charge! Fourth, when checking in at the hotel, it says that you need to register in advance for free parking. When we left the park, we were still stopped and told to pay parking fees. We called the homestay contact person and said that it would be charged for entering the park, but the hotel does not charge. Isn't it weird! I drove to register and stayed in the hotel for one day, and the parking fee was charged when I came out the next day! 40 a day! The overall park is terrible! If you want to build a good brand, you must first improve the service and facilities. Otherwise, just invite a few Internet celebrities to deceive people online and say it is a little Switzerland, but the difference is too big! Otherwise, this park will not last long and will go bankrupt sooner or later. It is now in a state of disrepair and poor operation!
