A great property to stay in Chico. It’s not far from the main historical center and close to the university. The breakfast was delicious! You could make your own waffles ! Highly recommend this hotel in Chico!

Room was well laid out recently painted, with over & above amenities - even had reading small light connected to nightstand lights, had a refrigerator, rack for suit case, etc.

Usually stay here once or twice a month. I am happy with the stay usually. This last stay though was not as pleasant in the room I was issued.

Staff friendly . Bed comfortable. Shower adequate. But coffee maker in room didn’t work. Cockroach in room. Came back to room to find do not disturb sign on my door and room not cleaned and bed not made. Toilet very short. Last day coffee maker in breakfast area out of order, so no morning coffee.

In merely looking at our room, if appeared to have been completely updated recently. Not so, just really special housekeepers who keep things looking new. I really appreciated the reading lights that don't blind a person when reading. To me, this room was one of the best I have stayed in. The reviews I had read before booking this room did not lie.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of days. The location is excellent. The room was very clean and the parking was very convenient. The front desk team were very helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Average converted motel, but room was nice, entrances to rooms outside. I didn't like I was on the ground floor, but nothing was available, limited parking, but staff made it work. Convenient to CSU Chico. Good value for what it was. Breakfast was limited, prepackaged kind of stuff, but had a waffle maker and coffee.
