The service was excellent, with both the front desk and concierge staff being very helpful. The location is superb, making it very convenient for shopping at Wanda Plaza. The room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. My only minor suggestion would be a slightly larger TV.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the rooms are impeccably clean. A unique feature is their robot delivery service for takeaways. All the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service. Definitely a hotel worth staying at!

This is my second time visiting Chifeng, and I once again chose to stay at the Jiahua Hotel. The staff called me in advance to ask about my preferred floor, and the room assigned upon check-in had a beautiful view. Every staff member I met greeted me politely. Underground parking is convenient, and Wanda Plaza right next door is lively for dinner in the evenings.

The room was a bit dated, which is understandable given its age. However, the staff provided excellent service, and overall, it was still a good stay. Breakfast was just okay – a bit limited and could definitely be improved.

This was hands down the best hotel during my trip to Chifeng. My only regret is not having booked it for my entire stay, choosing instead to stay here only the night before my departure. The room was incredibly spacious with expansive views. Its location is superb: right next to Wanda Plaza, very close to Chifeng Museum, and with an abundance of dining options nearby. My only suggestion for improvement would be regarding breakfast service. The number of staff seemed insufficient, and their service attitude was somewhat lacking. For instance, when I asked a staff member for help getting a cup of coffee, they simply replied, 'The coffee machine is over there!'

We had to change rooms because we found an insect. To make matters worse, while getting settled, I accidentally scalded my arm with hot water while preparing tea. A staff member kindly provided some ointment, but it was still quite painful. The new room, unfortunately, was on an upper floor facing the main road and lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear traffic noise throughout the night, which is far from ideal for light sleepers or elderly guests sensitive to noise. Adding to our troubles, the strip lights in the room couldn't be turned off. It was too bright to sleep, and despite not wanting to bother anyone late at night, I had to call an engineer again to fix it. We were told the ballast was broken. It was just one thing after another! As a gesture, they waived the charges for our drinks and water, amounting to over 40 yuan. Honestly, I wasn't looking for compensation; I just felt completely worn out, physically and mentally, after the injury and all the accumulated hassles. This was our experience. To be fair, despite these specific issues, our overall stay wasn't entirely bad. Bugs can appear anywhere, and thorough pest control might prevent them. However, lights shouldn't be faulty, especially in a hotel. Perhaps this Wanda property is getting a bit old. (The attached photo was taken on the third day. I hadn't initially planned on writing a review, which is why I didn't take pictures of the issues as they occurred.)

The hotel offers both above-ground and underground parking and features a heated swimming pool. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a bathtub. Both the front desk and service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast provides a good selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties like Chifeng Duijia and various Mongolian pastries. Our room was very clean and tidy. Its location is excellent, just about a five-minute walk from Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. This hotel is definitely the top choice for a stopover in Inner Mongolia.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Chifeng, very close to Wanda Plaza. As a star-rated hotel, it boasts excellent facilities including a swimming pool and gym. The lobby is truly impressive, and the rooms are spacious and bright. I was even upgraded to a river-view room. As a Trip.com Diamond member, I was granted a late check-out until 2 PM, which was very accommodating.

This is my go-to hotel. The front desk staff are consistently warm and professional. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the breakfast offers unique Inner Mongolian specialties. The gift for the children was also a big hit.

While the property might be a bit older, Wanda still delivers on its 5-star promise. We finally got a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep. The overall service was impeccable, and they were very responsive to our requests. The facilities are well-appointed. After a swim with the kids, we checked out, putting a perfect end to our trip. Location: Great location right by a large river, perfect for a jog or outdoor activities. Service: Excellent; they even gave my son a lovely gift, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

Seven years later, I found myself back at Chifeng Wanda. Pleasantly, not much has changed. My stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The quiet environment was also greatly appreciated. A special thanks to the front desk staff for the complimentary room upgrade.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, helping us with our luggage to our room. The breakfast wasn't particularly impressive; perhaps due to the limited options, there wasn't much that was especially appetizing to eat. However, we did get to try Mongolian milk tea and some cream pastries. Overall, our main takeaway was that the people of Chifeng are genuinely so friendly and kind. We absolutely loved the people here.

It might have been great in the past, but it's certainly not now. We encountered a whole host of issues! The most critical problem was their parking – an absolute mess. The security guards are managed by central control, which is notoriously biased, openly playing favorites and bullying those they perceive as 'weaker' guests. Absolutely disappointed!
