I had a great time staying at the Cove Landmark Pinnacle Hotel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is elegant, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with complete facilities. In particular, it is worth mentioning that the hotel front desk staff warm service so that I feel the warmth of home.

This was by far my favorite hotel in London! Great location with amazing views and Tesco is just 2 minutes walk away! It’s super convenient and clean! Front desk staff are super helpful and friendly especially Saim!!! She’s always smiling and ever ready to assist you with whatsoever you need! I’ll definitely be back ! Stayed for 2 weeks and annoyed every bit of it!!!!!!!!

Our second time staying at Cove London! Canary wharf area is very safe and close enough to the city centre. If we were to get an Uber back, it won’t be very expensive. The lounge is gorgeous. Shower is fantastic as well. No complains about Cove! Will book again definitely

it works but does not really live up with the grade.
room is pretty noisey due to the air facilities and the building itself.

The location was good. It is near all the transportation, like underground. Theree is Tesco or supermarket nearby.
The staffs are very helpful. They replied and assisted me promptly.

It was ok quite average, nothing out the extraordinary! No direct communication with front desk have to keep going down if you need to know anything! Also a very annoying whistle coming from air con throughout the whole night to be honest I wont be booking again.

The front desk lady who wears glasses is really helpful! The appliance is so good and the location is quiet and reasonably priced! Love it!!
