A business hotel near the station, but not super near. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. The area is a little seedy, though.
Bed was surprisingly soft. Room was clean but some areas showed signs of age and disrepair that could have been attended to by the hotel staff

Overall it’s an okay hotel. Room price is cheap compared to hotels in the same neighbourhood. Amenities and services match the quality of a 2.5/3 star hotel. Location, though, is the main issue. Located right across from a male entertainers club and a male focused massage place. I would advise solo female travellers and parents with kids to refrain from booking this hotel.

位置很好，步行距離兩三分鐘可以到立川站
一樓有投幣自助洗衣和烘乾機
前台很小，乾淨衞生，自助性比較多
外面街道很乾凈，周邊是商圈吃的很多

立川駅南口から徒歩で数分。
周りは飲食店と風俗店舗があるためか柄が悪く
途中のコンビニで先に何かを買わないと
もう一度買いに出るというのは少し気が引ける。
ルームキーはなぜかカードケースに入れて渡され
失くすと9,000円取られると口頭でも説明あり。
このケースでもらう方が失くしそうな気がするが。
アメニティは基本的に室内に設置済。
いや、しかしね、入った瞬間からわかるのだが。
汚い。
スリッパは備え付けで費用節約か抗菌シートも付かない。
部屋中埃まみれ、冷蔵庫の取手に降り積もったホコリを見て
使う気にもなれない。
テーブルはダイノックシートのあらゆるところが
傷汚れで白くなっていたり、なんならシールの剥がれ残りが
そのまま残っている、どうなってんだ。
急遽、宿を探すことになり単価だけで選んだが
それでも一万円弱、東京のホテルのレベルを疑う。
ましてや西東京で、、、もう泊まることは無い。

必要なものはしっかり揃っていて快適に過ごせました。
洗面もしっかり清楚してありお風呂もゆっくり入れました。
ベットが広くよく眠れました。
朝、電車の音が聞こえましたが、それほど気になりませんでした。
