Hotels Near Chongqing Happy Valley in Chongqing

I had a great sleep here. Quiet, heating or cooling air conditioning on the upper level, spacious. Lots of lighting controls. Well suited for families. I cannot give this hotel full marks however because a reason I choose it was that trip.com said it has a fitness room but that was closed. We were warned in advance about an overnight power outage but one still wonders why this happened. Maybe this is just what happens in China!

I had a wonderful experience at Binle Hotel. The staff, particularly Monica, was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave me a lot of suggestions during my stay and even assisted me in receiving a package from Taobao. Her excellent service made my stay much more enjoyable.

The meal entitlement can be used any time in the day up until 7pm. The workers in the food serving area are helpful and hard working women who do their best to facilitate. As for the reception staff - the youngest of the women on there are totally useless, at least when it comes to assisting non-Chinese speakers. They are more concerned about making their face up and staring at their mobile phones. But while doing so they have certainly not mastered translation software to assist international guests at the hotel. However, there is a slightly older young women who is very hard working and uses her initiative to assist translation and works hard to provide an excellent service. If not for the her then, I would have categorised the reception girls as ‘pretty but extremely dim’. But that hard working, intelligent and hands-on practical young women was there and so she should be given her due credit. The place is clean, a good location with plenty of places to eat etc and very close to the metro station JinYu (walking distance).

There are no real gourmets in the world, nor are there any evaluation officials. All evaluations and comments are based on strong emotional factors, personal color and individual feelings. Therefore, the following comments are personal feelings. The location of the hotel is not bad, after all, it is in the city. But it is not very good either, suitable for self-driving tours. The details of the hotel are well done, after all, it is not a new store. There is industry experience in receiving customers. The decoration is European style. The sound insulation is not bad, but some sounds can be heard. All comprehensive considerations are generally good. The main problem is the problem of breakfast. The management of breakfast is a bit chaotic, and the cleanliness and hygiene are not good. The service is basically backward and needs to be improved and rectified. I have experienced the worst breakfast experience in this hotel, and the experience is: I have eaten it once and don’t want to have it a second time. As shown in the following picture. In addition to two breakfasts, an additional full breakfast of 68 yuan was added, and the breakfast front desk service attitude was completely absent.

第一次入住，看到網上評分高。就打算來體驗一下，果然不虛此行，酒店前台小姐姐服務很好很熱情，有求必應，電話一秒接通，很有耐心聽我的訴求，必須點個贊，房間乾淨舒適，房裡還有景甜的礦泉水，喝完了找前台小姐姐又拿了幾瓶也沒有收取額外費用，床很軟很舒服，房間採光不錯，也很安靜，酒店的裝修風格我也比較喜歡，簡約大氣，周圍停車也挺方便的，旁邊就有一個小商圈，吃的也還挺多的，小姐姐給我們推薦的停車位很優惠，差不多步行幾十米就有一個大型超市，下次還會來的，值得推薦✌🏻

The hotel room is very large, with complete facilities inside the room, including a washing machine and a projector. It is very enjoyable to watch movies, and the screen is super large. There is also a large bathtub in the room. I didn't enjoy a bath because I was in a hurry. There is also a smart toilet in the bathroom, which is very comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time. The front desk lady is also very gentle. I will stay here next time

The hotel was initially not easy to find as we arrived at 2am in the morning and there were construction going on in front of the hotel, the receptionist was kind to come down to the street to bring us up to the hotel. I enjoyed especially interacting with Xiaodu the Chinese version of Siri, getting Xuaodu to do certain chores like closibg the curtains, turning on aircon, etc.

One of my family’s favorite stay! The room was so spacious and the smart feature was interesting. My mom keep talking with xiaodu (it’s like google home) and ordering it to close/open the curtain. The location is close to the station and airport compare to if you live in city center but we stayed there to catch a morning flight so it was convenient. The lady at the front desk was helpful too, she helped us to contact our next hotel to arrange a pickup. The small restaurant just beside the hotel building is cheap but delicious too. One of the hotel my mom keep bragging about even after we come home. 10/10 would recommend.

The hotel is located on the 14th floor of the building. There is a shopping mall next to it. It is quiet in a busy city. There is a subway station outside. It is very convenient to go to the airport. You can also reimburse the one-way taxi fare. It is also convenient to eat nearby. It feels very good to stay for one night on a business trip

It was good for overall. I had a problem in my bathrooms door in previous room. The hotel gave me a sweet room which was better. Upgrade room without any charge. One of hotel staffs which named 娜娜 Nana helped a lot. She is very kind. She prepared a breakfast box for my field trip leaving very early morning next day. She gave me a gift of waterbottle when I left. The hotel is little bit old and far from downtown but it was quiet and worth comparing a hotel in downtown.
