Hotel is part of the big bldg. very good location. Near to a lot of attractions. lobby reception on 28th floor. Very nice and clean. Lobby and room hallway are very modern. Service are good! We washed our clothes for free and they put the clothes from the dryer and put inside the nice bag for us to pick up!

Very convenient location. Close to Liberation Memorial. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Super helpful staffs. They even help transfer washed laundry from washer to dryer, then fold them up when done. Lobby on 28th floor has nice sitting area. The only negative is that my room's thermostat didn't work good. After setting temp for 24 degree, it got cool downed to 16 degree in middle of night.

The hotel is very well located and rooms are very nice and comfy. Also we had a problem with aircon, team has been very great in handling it and offers very good services and support. Everybody is very lovely and kind in the hotel. I would come back here in case I come back to Chongquing.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Overall, I was very happy with all aspects of my stay. The room was cleaned daily by housekeeping, who also replenished drinking water and changed towels. It was wonderful to return to a spotless room each day after exploring. After freshening up, being able to relax in bed and watch TV on the large projector screen was incredibly enjoyable. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went the extra mile by helping deliver our takeout orders right to our room door, which was truly a thoughtful gesture!

Isbello Chongqing Hotel is amazing. - The location is excellent. Near the Metro Stasiun Line 2, just a few minutes walking. And also near the Bayi Road Food Street. - The room we booked was also excellent, with a mini private pool and the best view of Jiefangbei, so that we can see Jiefangbei from the window. And my favorite one is the sofa, it’s so soft and cold. - The staffs are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. They truly care about the comfort of their guests. When we needed more drinking water, they were ready and promptly provided it. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We would definitely recommend Isbello Hotel.

Hotel location was great , walking distance to Hongyadong and Jiefanbei street . Room was good with projector screen have the cinema feel. Overall experience was great and pleasant. Staff was also very willing to help and advise .

Great hotel in the heart of jiefangbei. Rooms were of decent size and generally clean. Service from hotel staff was top notch!

It’s kind of impossible to escape the smell of cigarette smoke in Chongqing, but we did request a non smoking room and there was a stale stench of cigarettes - probably from frequent smoking getting into the walls. There was also an ash tray and a cigarette burn on the wall next to the window. There’s also this dank, sewer smell that’s quite pervasive on several streets but we were surprised to smell it mixed in with the cigarettes? Even with the window propped open and the AC circulating air it never helped. The location is great. Be advised that it seems like locals use this place to hook up (we ran into several couples coming up the elevator and getting off at the hotel lobby yelling if there were any vacancies). There were also these… stains all over the couch.

The window in the room cannot be closed properly. hence, I can hear noises from outside the building. Also, the bathroom door sticker is probably done wrongly. As a result, people outside the bathroom can see through the bathroom door!

Hotel is in a high rise where they occupy multiple floors, with reception being on the 28th floor. Location is great, right at Jiangfangbei with lots of malls/food nearby. Rooms are modern and clean and the staff are super helpful (they will help collect your food delivery and send to your room). All the other reviews are accurate to describe how the stay was.
