Have a problem with the bathroom as there is a backflow of urine stench coming up from the toilet seat . Have to request to change to another room , the front reception was very helpful , they change for me and get me a bigger room . But sadly the other room also have similar issue .

酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，個人覺得性價比蠻高的酒店。房間很大而且乾淨，客房阿姨態度親切服務也非常好。下次還會選擇這裏。順便提一下前台小王非常熱情，免費幫我做了房間升級。總的來説是一次非常滿意的體驗。

來重慶出差，選擇了這家酒店，上房間樓層需要刷自己的房卡，感覺很安全呀也很安靜，外賣會有機器人幫忙送，第一次入住前台小姐姐還幫忙免費升級了房型👍早餐品種也很豐富，下次來就選擇前台給升級的房型了，不錯不錯喲！

設施陳舊，過年期間連早飯供應極差，早餐時間什麼東西都沒有，吃的喝的水果，連調料都斷檔，客房到下午四點都沒有整理，針對假期客流沒有一點準備，協調能力也不足，
