Amazing staff, amazing hospitality! Sisi Jingjing was incredibly helpful and even WeChat messaged each morning advising me on the weather! The views from the hospital are fantastic. The location is one of the best things about the hotel.

Absolutely fabulous! This hotel is a must visit. The location is perfect for seeing and visiting all Chongqing has to offer. DiDi awaits directly outside to transport you anywhere you need to go or you are walking distance to restaurants, shopping and much more. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are so wonderfully helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is well located. Its in the stack of VOCO building but they are located on 37 and 38 flloor. Taxis are available right at the door step and there are 2 train stations. Concierge or reception desks are very service orietated. Amazing service. I stayed for 6 nights and upgraded to a bigger unit. The change over was effortlessly. Supply of water bottles was unlimited.Fruits, local tea and tidbits were available easily and accessible to all hotel guests. Extremely good customer service! Attached is the view from the hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Indition. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s walking distance to most attractions. Yan Yan and Coco were especially welcoming and helpful and assisted us in all questions that we had. Overall would recommend to our friends and family!

Great service rendered by the team, 妍妍 and coco! There’s a direct wechat line so if you need anything you can text them directly - usually they reply quite promptly! Very impressed by the service here. Room was nice and spacious too. If you order food delivery, the riders deliver it straight to your room! The only not so great thing would be that the internet connection isn’t fantastic, be it using your own mobile data or the hotel’s wifi. Was a common occurrence amongst my peers during our 4 nights here. The bathrooms also had a sewage smell which I feel can be improved, but we were able to look past it! Still a great stay overall thanks to the good service here.

Loved our stay here. We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. The staff Xiaowen and Yanyan were great help. The views are amazing and the mall is right across the street. Very accessible to everything. There are a lot of food options, milk tea and shops just outside. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

It’s a really nice hotel to stay in with great view of the Chongqing skyline overlooking the nice looking Raffles City and nearby hotels. The service rendered to us upon arrival at the hotel till us reaching our room and settling down is excellent. Good job to Yan Yan and Si Si for ensuring this stay is a great one!

The housekeeper Jingjing was so helpful, he made sure that everything was ready and clean with a warm welcoming. Helped us move into the room with ease, and made sure any requests and questions were made and answered. Jingjing’s attention to detail was on point and even offered us fruit everyday, which was unlike any other hotel we stayed in 4 different countries in 1 month. Definitely a must stay if you visit Chongqing!
