When there were no guests in CI and CO, the two receptionists at the front desk had no habit of getting up to greet the guests every time they saw them come in. They sat there all the time, not to mention welcome tea and towels. A total of two nights were booked. When cleaning the next day after staying for one night, the cleaning aunt was told by the front desk that we would check out today, which was really confusing. The front desk service and ability of Anlan are not as good as those of a guesthouse. The whole trip experience is greatly deducted. 5. Then there is the food and beverage. The free meal, except for the fish head, fried lettuce and fried rice, is freshly fried. Other dishes are either pre-made or pre-processed for a long time. Qiandao Lake Anlan does not have any rivals in this price range of hotels, but if the management continues to maintain such a poor front office and Chinese restaurant team, then the regular customers of this Anlan will only decrease.

The hotel's 2,000-plus package also included a travel photo shoot. After I arrived at the hotel, I asked the hotel to contact me for an appointment. I added a WeChat account. When I asked about the appointment time, the other party ignored me. I reported it to the hotel the next day, and they replied that they forgot because they were too busy. Haha, this is a bit far-fetched. Overall, the environment is good and the hardware is good. I don't want to say much about the service, three points is already polite!
