In order to meet the requirements of eating native chickens, they actually drove down the mountain and purchased them from farmers themselves. The chef's skills are first-class, and the chicken soup is so fresh that it makes eyebrows drop. The key is that it is sold at the original price, and we didn't make a penny. The room helped me upgrade to the highest point for free. It is clean and tidy with complete facilities. Lying on the bed, the moment I opened the curtains, the green mountains came to my face. The view in the corridor is better, with a perfect camera position. In short, this is an unforgettable journey, which makes me, a senior hiker, have the urge to come again. This is the worst B&B I stayed in during the May Day holiday in Songyang. The first two called one day in advance to inquire about the check-in time and travel methods for the next day and provide guidance and vehicle arrangement assistance. Only this one did not ask on the morning of the check-in day, and even shirked the responsibility of saying that I didn’t answer the call after calling me for consultation? Then why is there no missed call display? ? And when I said that there was no missed call, they repeatedly emphasized that they did call? 2️⃣Secondly, when I asked how to get to the B&B and whether they could provide vehicle assistance (because the mountain road was not easy to walk and I wanted the B&B to find a familiar master to pick me up), the person on the other side seemed to be chatting with a colleague or something, and ignored me directly? Was he absent-minded when talking on the phone? ? I was speechless. 3️⃣After checking in, there was no landline in the room and I could only contact them via WeChat. I asked if they could deliver the food, but they told me to contact the restaurant myself, but they didn’t know. The next day, I asked if someone could help me take down my luggage. The room was far from the front desk, and it was difficult to take the luggage on rainy days. I agreed, but no one came after waiting for half an hour. I repeatedly urged them and even made voice calls, but they always replied, “I’ll help you urge them.” I asked how long it would take, but they didn’t answer 🙂 It was ten minutes after the driver who picked us up from the bottom of the mountain that someone finally arrived. 4️⃣My friend ordered barbecue and had it delivered to the room at night, but the other party actually swiped the universal card to enter the door? ? Not to mention that you are not a hotel waiter, even if you are, who allows you to swipe the card to enter the door without permission? ? Is there any privacy? ? Staff attitude: All staff are villagers from the village. I can only say that there is no sign of unified training. They are unprofessional in replying to guests, lying on the sofa or squeezing in front of the bar in the reception center, privately complaining about the "nerves" of guests who want to change rooms, slow and lazy when cleaning the table, and standing next to guests in the restaurant to chat, etc., which is too unprofessional. I understand that they are all villagers who are not from the service industry, but since they have decided to do a branded homestay, can they be trained to pay attention? Food quality: Few choices and unpalatable. Not only does the buffet breakfast have no village characteristics, but there are also few ordinary dishes or even no meat and sausage. Others have frozen buns, fried noodles with huge oil, steamed dumplings that are unpalatable and coffee... For dinner, we ordered one dinner and one lunch. The taste and appearance of the same dish were completely different twice. The vegetarian edamame was not fried, and the meat and vegetable stir-fry meat accounted for most of the fat. I was speechless. Room: I mentioned the room last because it is good compared to the previous points. First, the room is actually quite far from the reception center, and the design of the steps is also paved with various difficult stones. I thought there was an elevator or shuttle bus? No. Second, the room cost 1,680 yuan, but there was no surprise. It was just a basic tatami with no sense of design. There was a lot of natural noise in the room, including ventilation, air purifier, and creaking noises. It was particularly obvious at night and could not be turned off. I will never go there again. I suggest that the B&Bs in Chenjiapu Village next door learn how to operate and be worthy of their own pricing instead of just thinking about how to make money from users.

It can be said that apart from the fact that the transportation is a little bit complicated, there is nothing wrong with it, at least for our trip. We chartered a car to go into the mountains, the mountain road is 18 bends, and there is a mountain house in a quiet place, which is a delight to see. The facilities are great and the restaurant is delicious. More than 160 rooms are built against the mountain, and the early morning and evening have a unique flavor. A suggestion is that there is no landline in the room. Every time you contact the housekeeper, you need to call the mobile number. Because it is a bit of a journey, it is slow to come. I hope this will be improved. The restaurant and the homestay are not operated by the same company. When the restaurant is crowded, you need to wait for a seat. There are relatively few waiters and they are overwhelmed.

The view room is in a good location, right in the middle, close to the restaurant and swimming pool, no need to climb high stairs, and the view is also very wide. The dishes in the restaurant dinner are all good. The breakfast selection is limited and average.
