Having never been before I didn't know what to expect. The staff being kind and attentive. Made us all welcome. Personally ordering the mix grill, I was pleased . As were the empty places and happy faces around the table. Im not one to complain, but so many restaurants ask a preference for steak and it disappoints on arrival. But not here I might add. The chefs cooked every item to perfection. I was shocked at the flavour profile on offer. On a side note all served in a timely manner. We will definitely be returning, to place that puts the pride back in local. Thank you for having us. :)

Everything was excellent. Great welcome by Karl. Useful local tips. Spacious room. Quiet neighbourhood. Great parking. Superb breakfast. This hotel offers has an uniqueness, which we thoroughly enjoyed including the lounge / library area. Nice broad selection of books available as well.

Booked a twin room with my daughter. The room was lovely, airy and roomy. We was in cardiff to see Ed Sheeran and the hotel was on a lovely quiet road and only a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Would definitely recommend. Only downside was no breakfast available.

Attended on Sunday after the Cardiff half marathon with my family . Had drinks and food , part way through the food a woman who had parcipated in the run came up to us and told us to move as she had booked half of our table and another ! I informed her we would be finishing our food and drink.A little later a person who I presume was a supervisor, he said this woman had paid good money to have these tables again I stated we would be finishing out food and drinks , but said to him that I was disgusted that this persons money was better than mine and that I didn't think this was a good customer practice towards a disabled man of 74 . In a professionally run establishment staff would have been trained how to deal with these situations , as out talble had no reserved sign on it And a few others did poorly trained staff errors if there was one should have been dealt with in a professional manor . Totally disgusted with the lack of professional educate a abismal attitude to disabled people ! I future we will avoid this place like the plague as will my family and friends . In total thier we 12 of us around the room so that is twelve people and friends who won't be retuning I have just read a review where people had had bookings cancelled when the Foo fighters were in Cardiff seems par for the course money grabbers this is the second review regarding this as my first seems to have disappeared from the site.

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Cardiff. Friendly staff and only 5 minutes from the city centre.

I just stayed here with my son, my friend and her daughter and we had such a pleasant stay. The Caerphilly Suite was spotless and each bedroom was cosy and spacious. I'm not sure how the sofa bed was supposed to work but it didn't matter to us, we were happy to just use the beds which are SO comfortable! The suite was equipped with a fridge, a microwave, plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, a selection of teas and snacks and a complimentary fresh milk in the fridge! The bathroom was sparkling with lovely clean towels, toiletries to use and despite being in the centre of Cardiff, not a single noise bothered us from outside all night - we all slept very soundly. Even the room temperature seemed to be perfectly planned - none of us were ever too hot or too cold!! Oh and last but not least, the WiFi works brilliantly! Steve was very friendly and helpful, especially as we had some miscommunication with our booking. I would not hesitate in recommending Inn Cardiff and I will most definitely stay here again. It's the perfect location - a stone's throw from Bute and the centre. Thank you for an excellent stay!
