GGuest UserWe were the 1st guest of the season and this place did not disappoint. The host of this beautiful two bedroom 2 bathroom condo was super nice and very helpful, we did not have to search for anything because she had already showed us where everything would be. She also gave us great suggestions of places where to eat and places to go and explore. I would highly suggest you stay here, you will love your stay. The condo has a high level of fashion and very well made, the condo is a luxury. The best beds in all my trip in Croatia. This place is close to everything, and you will be in the middle of it all.

GGuest UserMe and my friend we spent 5 nights here in private room with breakfast included in the price of accomodation and I can't explane how much we enjoied every single morning sitting outside and eating really nice breakfast. We are spechless. The propety was so beautiful, modern and clean. Location is 10 out of 10! Staff was really friendly and welcoming, one evening we ate dinner there and they just gave us free dessert as a thank you for eating dinner here. As a guest we had 15% off for lunch and dinner and even withou the discount the price list is more than fine due to the location in the center of Old Town Zadar. So if you are looking for nice, calm, clean and warm welcoming hotel/hostelthis is THE ONE! - Adela and Simona

location was close to the beach and water but if wanting to explore old town Zadar it is approx an hour away by foot!

Hh0lidaywatchI was very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel although it grew on me during our stay. Firstly, the design of the room. It is weird to have a bathroom with no door, only a curtain separating the main bedroom. Who likes that? If you go to the bathroom in the night and wash your hands, you disturb the room. Secondly the rooms are slightly dated and our air conditioning worked badly, with a poor output. I did call them to fix this but it wasn’t working even after this properly. Buffet food is a bit strange. Breakfast is ok, dinner is odd. It’s also odd not to have a pasta option for the children at the buffet. Swimming pools and beach is nice. Reception and front of house seemed a bit overwhelmed. It isn’t a 5* hotel however. It is very much a 4*. Prices however are very high

新新竹玩人The hotel is by the sea, but it is far from the old city, the environment may be good here, and the personal feeling is built according to the German holiday habits.
The stay experience is particularly bad, the room is too small, the bed pillow is particularly soft and uncomfortable, the construction noise outside started at 6 am, and the water was stopped several times due to the construction pipeline failure. In short, it feels particularly bad.
The restaurant includes three meals for morning, noon and evening, and the tableware is not cleaned in place.

GGuest UserVery nice location and reasonable price. Unfortunately, my friend's backpack was stolen in the hotel. Luggage storage was unguarded. Travellers can go in and out and drop down their luggage easily. My friend's suitcase and backpack were pushed out by the others but they did not put them back and her belongings were left outside of the luggage room for a really long time. The luggage room was opposite the concierge but none of the staff tried to put her stuff back to the room. Eventually, my friend's backpack were stolen. We only realised it when we came back to the hotel and took our stuff. The staff was not that helpful and even tried to stop my friend from calling the police. After the staff checked the cctv and confirmed one of their customers who checked in that day stole my friend's backpack, she could finally call the police. Luckily, the police acted so fast or we would have missed our flight. The stay was pleasant despite this unfortunate event happened. Many of the valuable items were placed in the backpack and my friend was really upset. I hope the hotel can make a response of it and offer some compensation.

FFrontinoOttima posizione, il centro storico di Zara di raggiunge in 5-10 minuti a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata sul lungomare. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, quindi niente da dire sui servizi ma sulla pulizia non ci siamo proprio. Polvere ovunque, anche sui comodini che sono le superfici più utilizzate e visibili, ma soprattutto la parete dietro il letto rivestita di carta da parati ruvida era interamente ricoperta di polvere.

GGuest UserI would suggest to get a Taxi if come from bus station. Or else, it will take 25minutes. However, u could walk with nice scenery. If possible to contact hotel host for the self check-in info in advance.

We are on tour with Cosmo Tour, didn't expect to jam us in this hotel of which most rooms were not clean & mouldy, not only the bathroom, shower curtain too, the room also has sign of mould around air conditioning. The bed is so thin and soft, when sit on it, it just compacts almost to the bottom. Everything is so old and unmanaged; rubbish was left over. You would not dare to sit on the chair provided (old & dirty-you will argue this is an antique, so treat it with care). I wouldn't think it's a 3 star as advertised. It's a back packers rated with a little extra as the room certainly bigger than backpackers!
