The hotel is a wonderful place to rest and move through the medina.
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
The terrace of the hotel, a good one to drink something while you see the evening.
The 14th century house, the building itself is very beautiful and amazing. Breakfast is on the top of the building, the scenery is great, and you can see a large area of medina. The room facilities are also good, basically have everything they should. But the old house also has problems. The soundproofing is too poor. There is a room on the second floor that can be heard up and down by the elevator, and the noise in the aisle will be loud. It was already evening on the day of arrival, and when I entered the house, I rushed into the smell of disinfectant water. The biggest breakdown is that there are 4 power jumps in 2 nights. This kind of thing happens in such a house is really scary. When the staff said that this had never happened before, it made people feel even more terrifying. The traffic is fairly convenient, you can park nearby, and you don’t have to drag your luggage for too long. But this location is actually quite far away from the regular old city activity area, and the shortcuts in the old city don't dare to go at night. We wanted to take a taxi on the side of the road at about four or five o'clock. It was difficult to take a taxi. It seemed that the taxis were full of people. Leaving in the morning, I had to take a taxi to the CTM station. Since it is difficult to call a petit taxi at this location during the day, I asked the front desk to help book a private car. It takes about ten minutes and 100dhr. If you know you have been killed, you can only use this method.
The girl at the front desk is very dedicated and feels like she is sitting there day and night. If you have any questions, just ask her, but it makes people feel that pushing dinner and spa is a bit too much, but I don’t say anything if I refuse. Woke up the morning before leaving and helped us pack breakfast.
This hotel is very beautiful. The boss is an intellectual. He is very nice and enthusiastic. He speaks a little Chinese. The breakfast was generous, but it only started at 9 o'clock, and each guest was very slow. I ate for an hour and didn't wait for an omelette. If the schedule is tight, it is recommended to go out to eat, after all, the old city is on the side. The post office and the bank, as well as the blue door of Bruges, are also nearby. It is very convenient to take a taxi. The room was tidy. Hair dryer and air conditioner-his hair dryer works well. Prepare your own shampoo and shower gel.

It is very conveniently located right on the side of the tourist spot of Fez 1. Although the building is old as a whole city, this hotel was very comfortable and too comfortable to feel from everywhere that it was doing its utmost. The hotel is family-run, and the very friendly and helpful polite staff will smile at all the support. I am staying at a hotel of 々, but the hospitality here is 1. You can stay with peace of mind in the form of Japanese people. I don't usually review, but I posted it because it was a great hot.
BRAVO! Jamal and his family have transformed their ancestral home into a place that we (and other visitors alike) can call home in Fez. From meeting us at the main road and escorting us through the narrow lanes of the medina, to joyfully serving us breakfast each morning and a sumptuous dinner on our final evening, Jamal and family were super accommodating and friendly.
Located in Fes (Fes El Bali), Le Jardin des Biehn is within a 10-minute walk of Medersa Bou-Inania and Blue Gate. This family-friendly riad is 1.3 mi (2.1 km) from Place Bou Jeloud and 1.6 mi (2.6 km) from Royal Palace.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments, and facials. This riad has 20 square feet (2 square meters) of space consisting of conference space and a meeting room. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Private bathrooms with showers feature designer toiletries and hair dryers.
Facilities: Except for some minor problems, everything else is pretty good. The bed 🛏 is very comfortable, and there is a small wardrobe in the room. The room at this price is 30 square meters, and breakfast is also provided. The price/performance ratio is really high!
Hygiene: A very clean homestay!
Environment: In stark contrast to the noise of shopping outside, as soon as you enter here, you will feel extremely quiet, very suitable for traveling to relieve work pressure.
Service: There are only 4 employees in this homestay (two front desks + two cleaners). In the morning, you can see the two cleaners at the kitchen side, and most of the time there is only one front desk 💁🏻 staff, if you have time Both front desk employees were there. I was there in low season and I was the only guest there for 2 nights, so that was basically 4 people for the least money I paid 💰. If you have any questions, ask the two front desk staff. They are very pleasant and listen patiently and try their best to help you. On the morning of my departure, they helped me carry 🧳🧳 to the main road and took a taxi so that I left The front gave them 50 dirhams per person. Every night, the two front desk staff will cook dinner in the kitchen and invite me to eat for free. If you don't like spicy food and the taste is not very heavy, you can try Taji pot, the taste is still good, especially the strong fragrance. The 150 dirham dinner from the previous comment, I personally think this is a normal price, because you go to an outside restaurant (excluding roadside stalls) to eat the same meal or you go to a nearby Chinese restaurant to eat Chinese food, the cost is similar of. As for mineral water, this is a normal phenomenon. When you go to hotels or scenic spots, mineral water drinks are several times more expensive than many other places. But if you ask for hot water in the hotel restaurant, most of the time it is free 🆓. So instead of drinking cold mineral water, why not drink hot water (only in winter, no hot water in summer 🤣)? In short, next time I travel to this city, I may book this homestay again, so I also recommend people who travel here to stay here for a night or two.

GGuest UserTucked away in the labyrinth alleys of the Medina, Riad Algila transports one into a world of tranquility & elegance. The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside.
Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay.
Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.
SSaman DurraniAmazing stay with beautiful hotel. Clean chic room with high standard and stylish bathroom.
Breakfast was superb. Staff friendly and welcoming. Wasil looked after us at breakfast with a smile.
Love the hospitality and highly recommended
TTallie LemesThis is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!
HHUIYINGThe atrium is so beautiful. The little brother is very cute and nice. Our suite has a double bed and a single bed, and 3 people are properly traveled. Riad is in the old town. For the first time, go to 30dhs and find a trailer to transport 3 big boxes. After the road is recognized and there are signs, it is easy to find the way. When you go out, you will sell fruits and vegetables. Take a taxi to the Blue Door 20dhs. The breakfast was very good. This is still the ninth restaurant on the owl. The top floor offers a panoramic view of the Old Town of Fes.
AAnubhavThe hotel room and service was excellent!! They accommodated our every request we had asked for
Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always
The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice
Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.
叶叶Hotel location is not far from the parking lot, about 200-300 meters walk. However, it is difficult to carry out the large baggage alley stone road. It is recommended to pay a tip to hire a small cart for about 20 dirhams. Sometimes if there is more baggage, it will bargain. There is no more than 4 big names, Li is generally 20DH. The hotel belongs to the Fez Traditional Courtyard B&B. The room on the first floor was slightly ventilated and the bedding was a bit tidal. Breakfast is on the terrace and it is very romantic.
GGuest UserWhat an amazing Riad! Staff super sweet and helpful, great decoration and rooms, super breakfast in the garden and, if you drive, parking 3 minutes away. 10 min walk to the Blue gate and the busy area. The lady at the reception gave us a map and detailed information for our visit to the medina, she is super helpful. Definitely raccomanded for your stay!
AAlex RLWe were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Volubilis. We hesitated to book the hotel because of some bad reviews about not having hot water and the staff being unfriendly (especially to Asians). But we decided to book anyways because of its location and quite affordable price.
We were arriving to Fez at around 5pm, and we were told staying at the Medina wouldn't be worth it. Since we were catching a flight the next morning, we thought it would be more convenient to stay in the new city. So, despite some of the bad reviews, we decided to spend the night at Hotel Volubilis.
Its location turned out to be great. It's right at the center and by the main avenue. There are lots of places to eat at walking distance and there are several Carrefours closeby also at walking distance.
The staff was nice and they welcomed us well and took our request for a taxi to the airport in the morning. So, we have no complaints about the staff.
Our room was big with a terrace. The room was old but clean. The terrace had no table or chairs, but it was okay.
The bathroom was also big and we had no issues with the hot water. We showered at arrival and in the morning and water was hot and with pressure.
The thing that we missed the most in the room was a fridge.
Other than that, all good and acceptable. Though we agree with the other comments saying that this is not a 4-star hotel by ”global” standards.
