Spotless rooms with very nice toiletries. Only negative issue was the service in the reception. Hardly any smiles, you do not get a feeling that you are welcomed. I received a wrong invoice with a name of another customer when I rented a bike. However, the bike rental is otherwise very easy and the bikes are a good quality. If the weather allows I recommend to cycle to your destination. Excellent breakfast with a variety of gluten free and vegan options. You may also have a custom-made omelet.

Room (upgrade received as HHonors Diamond member) was very clean and spacious as was the hotel and corridors in general. Executive lounge has a nice terrace and offered a very good variety of food during happy hour. Breakfast buffet is rich and of very good quality. The breakfast room can be very busy but guests can also use additional seating in the adjacent bar, so this is not a problem. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk away from the Binnenhof. Overall one of the best Hilton hotels we have stayed so far.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Silverfish bug on floor, alive and active. This is a clear sign of lacking cleaning over time. Drain congested and risks overflowing both bathroom and the rest of the room. The extreme smell of food is ever present in lobby / reception area and quiet overwhelming. This due to a buffet restaurant two escalators up from lobby. All was mentioned to the staff with zero reaction. Underwhelming…

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor that looked out on the back of the hotel. The room was large, with an eating area, full kitchen (microwave/oven, stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, dishes & glassware, flatware, cooking utensils and pans, and cleaning supplies and kitchen towels). The bathroom had a lovely shower and sink with a smart mirror, and there was a separate WC with sink. The bedroom was a bit odd, with a door on each side of the bed, with the head and foot of the bed touching walls, so that you had to go out into the living area to walk around the bed, but the bed was very comfortable. There was a work desk in the bedroom by the window, as well. Plenty of storage in an armoire. There were large windows in the bedroom and living area looking out on a car park with trees behind it, so not a terrible view. The location was fantastic, right by a tram stop, a 10-minute walk from where I was having business meetings, about a 15 minute walk to Den Haag Centraal train station, and a block or two from shopping and restaurants on Deneweg and Frederikstraat. My only complaint was that the walls are a bit thin and other guests were pretty loud during the wee hours of the morning, which made it hard to get back to sleep after waking from a bit of jet lag. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Yays and would stay here again.

I was a bit hesitant to start with as it didn't have a balcony... but the hotel was lovely, cosy rooms will all you could need and lovely beds, coffee/tea service and breakfast. I would stay there again for sure. The staff was wonderful and so so kind, really refreshing!!

Fabulous hotel, walkable from the station, half hour Hotel rooms were spacious, bed matresses were the best I have found and so was the pillows. The staff were incredible helpful.Lovely surroundings and fabulous shops in nearby ”Passage” The breakfastwas fabulous, with pastries and ham/cheeses and coffee machine. Lovely bread. The reception area had comfortable seating with delicious coffee/tea available all day, unlike many hotels. Close to all the sights

My friend and I have been together to this hotel to celebrate that we are together for 3 years. I have tried with the hotel staff to arrange something fun we have entered the room. Unfortunately they did not keep their word. What I feel very and very sorry if you gonna do something fun and someone doesn't keep his word. In addition, when you arrive super dirty room where remains of sexual acts have left behind, we think of the bank. We have noticed this right the next day in the morning, but the staff are very well aware that they could not do anything for us because we were late, and they have not even been able to make an alternative for us because they have done a two-time mistake. This is super associate and unprofessional of the company. Very many rooms were empty how can it be that our room is dirty and you can not offer an alternative. That is something we have never experienced! I wouldn't recommend this hotel, because they can't help you anywhere, or offer you any alternative.

The space is large and the scenery is beautiful, but the blond waiter at the front desk is not friendly enough and very impatient. Inquiries about the train station were ignorant, but the other waiters were very good, and finally learned about swimming.

He also drew me in caterpillar English and nuances, and when the card I checked in was not working due to a problem, he changed it immediately and asked me to respond very kindly. It was a little cold because the room was individual and the air conditioning was not working, but there is no problem.

Stayed with our family of four, inc two young ones (6, 2). Unit was newly furnished and well laid out, providing clear separation between beds in a loft-style format. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare basic meals. Largely self service but there is a front desk service during normal business hours M-Sat. Great location on Kaizerstraat with a 3min walk to the beach. Everything you need is nearby - Albert Heijn supermarket, tram/bus, and lots of shops/restaurants. Few local family friendly standouts: Stormerij laundry service, Arawann Thai, Chiva coffee, Studio, Hart Beach restaurant, Patagonia Beach restaurant, Sealife aquarium and Stadsborderij ‘t Waaygat petting zoo / playground.

Great hotel, with quiet lobby. Handy automatic supermarket machine witch gets you food and drinks anytime you like. Staff is semi Dutch speaking but deliver a great clean and tidy hotel. Traveled for business, good location. Sea is just around the corner. Photos look the same as reality, so I won’t include photos in my review.

GGuest UserHotels being incredibly expensive in the Hague, we went for the Best Western as we knew the standard. The room was very small. The sink was outside the bathroom - quite strange. So you had 2 waste bins in the room and none in the bathroom. The bed was excellent. The pillows small but larger ones were provided on request. The shower was really good and so too were the towels. Great to have car-parking on site at a reasonable price. Local taxis were surprisingly cheap!

GGuest UserWent for a weekend getaway with my partner, and found The Social Hub to be both affordable and comfortable. The rooms are neat and well-maintained, although the bathrooms are somwhat small. I especially like how much natural light there is. We had very friendly interactions with staff as well as with other guests. While The Social Hub isn't exactly cheap, hotels in The Hague just tend to be expensive, and this is close enough to the lowest prices that I'd happily recommend it.

My daughter and I needed to stay in this area of town as it is close to public transportation and a specific restaurant. This hotel is new and all facilities are very modern. Staffing, both in the evening and the morning were very friendly and listened to our concerns and questions. We will be happy to return and wish we can stay more days next time.

非非你不渴The Queen's Palace of the Netherlands, located in the downtown area of The Hague, is the place where the Queen of the Netherlands lives in daily office. There are soldiers standing guard at the entrance of the palace. The top of the palace is high with the Dutch flag flying. Tourists can only visit outside. The ceremony of changing the guards in the evening is very solemn.
