Sleeping very comfortable, the observation deck is beautiful, getting up too late to eat food, you can see other people's evaluation. Very enthusiastic, but unfortunately my English is too bad, I didn't communicate much. The road at the entrance of the hotel is a bit difficult to climb, the location is high and the view is comfortable
Cozy family run hotel. Only stayed one night. Lots of cats. Nice stay ruined by a tour booked by the hotel - Turkish dance. Beware we were overcharged - hotel told us it would be €60 per person (to be paid at the restaurant), which would include transport. Driver is the brother of the lady owner. Went to the dance, and they asked for €65 per person. A couple next to us told us they paid €40 per person. After we kicked up a fuss, we got a refund back however we still don’t know who was trying to rip us off: hotel, driver and/or restaurant. Do your research before agreeing to go on a tour organised by the hotel. That said, the car they organised for us was very reasonable (wife of said driver).
Absolutely loved the stay at Ottoman Cave Suites. In walking distance from the bus stop.
Arrived at 5am, couldn't check in as room was occupied, but staff were super helpful and allowed us to sleep in a quiet room until the morning and allowed to use washroom facilities and tea/coffee.
The room itself was beautiful. Very luxury for the price. Views from the terrace were mind blowing. Loved everything about this stay. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you to everyone that made this stay super pleasant.

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the bus station in Goreme (there are many ATM machines nearby where you can withdraw money, or you can wait here for the bus to the ceramic town), and there is no need to climb!
The front desk helped book a shuttle bus to Kayseri Airport early in the morning, told him the flight number, and arranged a pick-up time. It was very punctual!
We checked out too early and didn't have time to have breakfast, so they helped pack sandwiches and drinks for us to take away.
Location is very good. In one of the cave in Gerome. Hosters are all very nice and show us around the room and all the facilities including the very nice terrace. They also can arrange all the tours. Our room is in one of the cave, real cave. It is clean and warm. We had good time over there. One of the problem is that they forget to clean my room even with clean room tag hanging for whole day and in the afternoon I walked to the frontdesk to specifically asking for the clean. But when we got back to room around 9, still not cleaned. I would say that clean room is the basic for any hotel.
Just finished staying at this hotel, it was great!
The staff's service was really great! The staff especially mentioned AYŞE who will take you through the hotel's facilities and help you deliver your luggage to the hotel.
The breakfast was very rich and delicious, and the scenery of the hotel was very charming, both the scenery outside the window and the overall atmosphere were unforgettable. Whether you are here to relax and vacation or travel for work, this is a highly recommended choice!
Looking forward to coming again next time!
I had an incredible experience at Sultan Cave Suites during my recent stay. From the moment we landed, the hotel provided a free ride from the airport to the hotel, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond, with a special shout-out to a wonderfully helpful team member who assisted me with my heavy luggage, proving that strength comes in all forms.
What truly impressed me was the staff's local knowledge. Despite being a petite individual, one staff member knew the area like the back of her hand. She not only recommended fantastic nearby markets and restaurants but also guided us to a hidden gem for a delightful breakfast experience.
Late check-in wasn't an issue at all. The staff graciously helped us order food during the night, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel's strategic location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our transit stay. The next morning, they provided a reasonably priced shuttle service to ensure we caught our flight on time, completing the seamless experience.
I also have to mention the delightful night staff member who was not only cute but also warm and friendly. Her willingness to share local insights added a personal touch to our stay.
In summary, Sultan Cave Suites is a gem for transit flight stays. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and will undoubtedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.
The front desk guy was very nice, and you can book a paid airport pick-up and drop-off service. The room is super big, and the carpet is very warm even in winter. There is a puppy in the hotel that will roll over, and some cats will follow you into the room to play for a while. The night view is amazing, the housekeeping is also great, and there is a big bathtub in the room, it couldn't be more perfect
- staff are very helpful with booking sunrise/ sunset activities, making it fuss free for us. hot air balloon is a must!
- views from the public terrace is lovely
- housekeeping is sloppy. the room is not very clean the trash is not emptied at all throughout our 3 days stay. no bottled water refilled daily and they charge 60 lira for a tiny bottle of water at the reception. empty toiletries from previous guests are still in the room…
- WC is not ventilated and very sandy not sure if it’s like this for other cave hotels too
Overall, it’s a really amazing experience. Staff here is so warmhearted and helpful, helping us find bus and balloon reservations. Also, they sent us to the bus station for several times.
They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon.
What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice.
I will definitely visit again.

This cave hotel is a hidden gem in Goreme and one of the newest cave hotels. We had booked the Superior Cave Queen Room with jacuzzi that was very clean, and easily fit 3 of us.! It was such a lovely experience in the cave and has to be one of my favourite places that l have ever stayed.
We had breakfast included which had a spectacular view of Gerome as well as the hot air balloons. The lovely girls at breakfast were very kind and always cooked us lovely eggs in the morning.
Perfect location which was walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Our favourite place was Quick China which was a short walk. There were stunning carpet shops and we ended up buying a pretty carpet from Dowry Carpets.
The staff have a lot of experience and knowledge of the area and have a variety of tours and experiences to explore. We booked the hot air balloon with the hotel which I would recommend to all. It was an unforgettable experience and was our highlight of the trip. Truly magical!
Finally I would like to extend a huge thank you to the amazing staff - Mehmet, Mehmet (Junior), Mehdi and Noor.
Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. They always ensured we were comfortable and messaged throughout the day to see if we needed anything.
Mehmet made a huge effort for my sister's birthday and it was a lovely surprise.
I would definitely recommend this cave hotel to whoever wants to have a memorable experience in Cappadocia. Oh and the most cutest cat of Hira Hotel - Duman. We miss him!
AAmore_PerezCaverna Caves was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and helping plan activities and transportation. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference.
The room was amazing, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The entire facility was picturesque, with stunning views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The view of the hot air balloons at sunrise was breathtaking.
The breakfast was another highlight of the stay—delicious and well-prepared, offering a taste of the local cuisine.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious experience in Cappadocia. It’s the perfect destination for those seeking both comfort and beauty.
GGuest UserOVERALL: A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful cave and rock decor. I picked it because the decor is a mixture of both, unlike some other ones in the area. Service is amazing and the staff is really helpful. They offered to help transport my suitcase up to the bedroom area of my room.
I went during the beginning of the season in late March and the hotel kindly upgraded me for free to a deluxe room, which has two levels, the bathroom below and the sleeping area above. In the room, Two windows open to views of goreme town and the balloons if you get up early enough to see them before sunrise.
They also recently expanded their terrace offerings it seems ao now they actually have multiple, without different pillow set up. Breakfast is served open buffet style from 8-10am, variety is limited but there are some Turkish meze delicacies, menemem and boiled egg daily, sausages, a hot pastry, breads, cheese and ham, and for drinks - juices, tea and coffee, it's fair.
AMENITIES: The bathroom is VERY spacious, but doesn't really come with much actually useful amenities. There are no additional personal care kits whatsoever - so no shower caps, cotton swabs, little things like that. There is a stand shower at one corner, a bath tub at another end and a toilet bowl in the middle with a sink and mirror as well on another area. Door comes with a full body mirror. It's beautifully designed by the layout is a bit odd and I think the hotel can work on adding little details to enhance the bathroom experience because there is totally potential for that. But hot water, drains and flush all work just fine, so it's definitely functional.
LOCATION: The hotel is also conveniently located around 10-12 mins away from the famous Sunrise/Sunset point for balloon viewing (you get to see thw balloons take off there). The fact that it's walkable is amazing! It's located on a little side hill, and Goreme's main street is just a 20 steps slope away.
SSanjulaThe location is excellent! The manager Kemal and all front office staff were helpful. Kemal booked the hot air balloon ride for us and it was brilliant! The breakfast was excellent! It’s a halal hotel and even my long black leggings were not suitable for the public areas according to their dress code. This is a little inconvenient as I had to carry a skirt to wrap around. Didn’t enjoy this part and the daily cleaning was not good. Very lazy cleaning I felt. Otherwise nice hotel and friendly staff.
PPtorThe room was a bit small and dark but it was alright. The view and the area was perfect. We came during the new year and the fireworks was amazingly spectacular and they also gave us some sweet little treats(cupcakes and keychains) which was quite thoughtful of them.
The breakfast was super great, would love to come back just for it.
We booked the Turkish dinner night with them at 40euro, which was cheaper then from some online sites.
FFitria RusmaPositives: reasonable price compared to others in the area, spacious and beautifully furnished rooms, good breakfast, central location surrounded by local supermarket, restaurants, bus/taxi stop, ATM; friendly and helpful staff (especially the male one), abundant room amenities, very nice view from the terrace
Negatives: breakfast starts late, the mattress of the single bed in family room is too hard, the bathroom door is difficult to close and open, some of the electronic devices not working.
Highlight: the male staff assisted us very well. Our clothes got wet because of the heavy rain, so we need to laundry and dry our clothes. He helped finding us a one-day laundry service because i had to leave the next day. rooms.

GGuest UserI stayed at this lovely hotel for four nights. It's located slightly up a hill but not all the way up, so it made it very easy to get away from all the hustle & bustle of the tourists on the main street, but yet still have the charm & proximity to beautiful architecture, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very accommodating, and the environment is very chill. In addition, there are two little furry staff members, sometimes three, who will run the courtyard and keep you company.
Upon checking in, they informed me that if I wanted to include breakfast with my stay, all I needed to do was let them know how many times I dined at checkout. Also, I needed laundry to be done, therefore dropped it off in the morning by 10:00 a.m. and had it back by early evening. They also said just pay upon checkout. They are very trusting! No one checks you at the restaurant for your room number! One load was $10€, but I will say don't expect them to fold everything. I dropped everything off in my own laundry bag, and it was pretty much shoved back in there! You also have to be specific with what you want hung dry too. They have an iron in the reception area should you need it.
The rooms are nicely decorated in a rustic style. It's a decent size, but they are rather dark. I had a hard time putting on makeup before going out. 😂 The bed was rather comfy. The water pressure was absolutely fantastic, and the water gets hot quick too!!
There are several delicious restaurants within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance ... Taste of Mama (Gözleme), Omru (rooftop), TUMA (rooftop), INCI, and Keyif (rooftop & great music).
Overall, a very pleasant stay in a lovely location. I would definitely return!
GGuest UserWe spent one night at the hotel. We arrived early in the morning, left our things, and went to wander around the city. We were met at the hotel by very friendly guys who told us everything and showed us everything! thank you very much Begimai!!! The girl greeted us like old friends! The hotel is located on the highest point of the city and from a very authentic terrace you have a gorgeous view of the entire city! It would be a wonderful evening spent on the terrace with exactly the same enthusiastic guests!
Breakfast is worth a special delight! Abundance of everything! and also with this view
I recommend this hotel not only because of the view, but also the excellent attitude towards guests
GGuest UserThe breakfast was delicious. You can even sign up for a free tour given by a friend of the hostel. He’s very knowledgeable and kind. The staff are kind and the accommodation is ok. The beds are not comfortable and there’s only 2 bathrooms for the entire hostel. There are no standalone toilets so the bathrooms are often dirty and with a line. The floor is always wet. Even the cleaner uses the shower head to spray down the toilet etc , wetting up the floor then using a dirty mop to try to sponge it up. She also stands on the counter to wash the mirrors. Bring shower shoes.
AAndreiThe hotel is very good. We had a deluxe room with a balcony. The staff is very friendly, responsive. Breakfast from 8.00-10.00 h. Very tasty and varied. Departure until 11.00 am. which is convenient. The room has everything, refrigerator, coffee, tea, kettle to boil water. 1.5 liter bottle of water. Excellent bed. I liked everything very much. Thanks for the hospitality. I recommend the hotel to everyone.
