Location is very good . 100 meters to Basmane metro station. Staff where polite and helpful . Room was good in compare with the price . The only negative thing was breakfast . Breakfast was very poor . They had only tea . Not coffee . Not milk .

The hotel is very old, the facilities are average, and the breakfast is average! The hotel is next to the main road, sleeping a bit noisy! You must bring earplugs when you go out! I feel that the entire hotel in Izmir is old and expensive. I paid half of the price in Cesme and it is more comfortable than the hotel in Izmir. Okay! The room is quite big, better than the other one I stayed in.

Business trip, close to the subway. Stay again, clean and sanitary, good service! I like this location very much. Recommended hotel, but you have to book in advance, it is very popular and often no rooms.

The service is average, in line with the standards of a star hotel. The room terrace is quite comfortable and you can see the sunrise. The room facilities are average, and the bathroom smells a bit for some reason. The breakfast is average, and it is one of the few breakfast options in the same class of hotels. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the seaside highway, and there is a large shopping mall in 5 minutes, which is quite convenient.

The best location of the city. Great hotel and service. Good quality. Hotel parking requires extra payment daily. It is a landmark hotel of the city. The room had Nespresso machine.

I always book this Hotel when I go Izmir. Everything is comportable and kind and clean. Great view.

The location was good, the room was clean, but the filters of the air conditioner to heat the room needed to be changed, my sleep was disrupted a lot due to my allergies. In general, it can be recommended. The rooms are nice. I just wish a little more attention was paid to dust removal.

Free parking, standard triple room, arrived at the hotel very late, the front desk manager was very enthusiastic to help stay Facilities: Standard Triple Room Hygienic: clean and tidy Service: When eating breakfast, the service grandfather saw the hot water bottle we took, and immediately knew that we were Chinese and wanted hot water.

Hotel is not too far located from the airport (one single trip with taxi around 120-130 Turkish Lira). Hotel is walking distance from the Gatemier city center with a lot shops and restaurant and walking distance from the train station which could bring you to the city center of Izmir. The hotel itself is clean with friendly staff. The hote room was comforatable and the breakfast buffet is a good mixtutre of turkish/continental. In my case, without any problem I could have a late check out. Negative: it can be noisy at the corridor due guests talking loud.

The hotel is close to attractions, Basmane gar station. The room is very small, needs renovation.
