"Average breakfast options. More local than western, but definitely tasty.
The location is right in the middle of CBD, so be prepared for the noise expected from a busy city. The airport was about 10mins away (Google maps lied and estimated about 25mins😒). Used Bolt to get around.
The staff is very welcoming and super friendly."

"I stayed here on a business trip. I highly recommend it. It is located in the city, and the sea view rooms have a view of the harbor. The hotel facilities are very modern, almost the level of a 4.5-star hotel in China. The room I stayed in also had a large refrigerator and kitchen, which is very practical for business travelers who stay for more than a week. The hotel is in good sanitary condition, and the service staff is also very enthusiastic. It is worth staying."
"Business trip, good service, high cost performance. The hotel's banana rice is OK. You can see the sea on the top floor, and the environment is good in their local area"
"We stayed for 6 consecutive days. When we checked out, they said that they didn't receive the check-in information for 2 days of my friend's reservation, and they wouldn't let me check out and asked me to pay the room fee. I showed the booking number and payment record to the front desk, but it didn't work. I left my local phone number as I was in a hurry to leave, but it didn't work. We argued for half an hour, including 20 minutes waiting for their manager. I was going to give a five-star bad review, but the manager's attitude was good. After understanding the situation, he asked me to email the booking information to them, and they would argue with booking, so I'm giving a four-star bad review."
"The staff are friendly and there are many restaurants and shops, so it is suitable for both family and business trips. The facility is a bit old, but it is well maintained."
"This drive is five minutes from the airport. It should be the nearest hotel. If you don't have luggage, you can walk. The hotel’s own car is 10,000 shillings. Overall service attitude is good, free breakfast is also OK. But the equipment is not good, the hot water is small. The surrounding area is noisy, the local bar music is until 11 o'clock in the evening, and it is on the side of the railway, there is a train passing by. There are only local eateries and canteens nearby. The rainy season is not used, the road can't go."
"Hygiene: OK!
Environment: Near the market, it is more convenient and the environment is quite good
Service: The service attitude is very good, there is also a free breakfast, it is the kind of buffet, and there is fruit."

Excellent
IImina OlgaNice hotel, with spacious suites which would be ideal for a longer stay, with Coco beach just across the road. Staff was very polite, friendly and service minded. Because it was not busy (just before peak season will start mid december) they offered us an extra amenity by means of roomservice. The first night we ate in the restaurant of the hotel which was good and tastefull. Breakfast could be better, a bit too plain and bad coffee. But all in all a pleasant stay.
AAlokRude Reception staff. Tried to ask for an extra fee even though i paid everything online. Later when i said i will complain, then didn’t take that extra per day fee.
Did not provide even water free of cost at the time of waiting at the reception.
Not much options for vegetarian in breakfast.
One Indian Girl at the reception was nice and understanding otherwise all other were rude.
FFatma Khalfan SuleimanHonestly I have received the best service in RAMADA RESORT..! I would highly suggest anyone to go since it’s facilities are super great and highly cleaning😍😍..it’s location is dope with the besst ocean view🌊 …the beeeesstt in DARESALAAM🥰🥰🥰🥰
TTraveler2Two weeks ago, I began my trip with a few days at the Holiday Inn, and I am now concluding it here. The staff remembered me, and just like before, I was greeted with warm, smiling faces from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The service is consistently excellent, making every stay a pleasant experience. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for great hospitality and service.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel due to two reasons - its a Marriot property now and the beach pier which I saw in the pics. Unfortunately the pier is closed now and there is no direct access to any beach. That was a big disappointment. The other issue was that there is no calling bell outside the room. So the staff has to knock!! If you are asleep or TV is ON, you will mostly not hear it. Bit strange despite being a marriot property.
The pros: The check in and checkout was seamless. The reception is very well managed and the people are very nice and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was good with nice vegetarian options (which I had requested and the hotel was kind enough to oblige). The deluxe room with ocean view was quite large and had a nice balcony. though not directly on the watefront, could view the ocean...it should be renamed as partial view of ocean though. The in room dining food was quite good. Also the location is in a nice part of the town.
SSurasak HompimolpornThe hotel is in the city but not very busy. Breakfast has a lot to choose from, clean rooms, rooftop restaurant tastes good. Overall, the price is reasonable.
AAmidhu StambuliThere should improve on their breakfast . I like tea or coffee but on the morning of 1 January the tea i was given if i am not mistaken with measurements it was 150mls in a very tiny cup.
I think there should be an upgrade on quality of breakfast which i think was down graded compared to the previous breakfast i had in August 2022.
At that time and day in August it was a buffet
GGuest UserThe transit hotel is good, the taxi driver charges me 5USD from airport to hotel, its acceptable for the first time, but after living in Tanzania for a month, 5USD is really a lot.
Staff are nice and friendly, but there is electricity cut off that day.
The only thing is the location is bad, the surrounding is dangerous. People nearby will shout, come near you when seeing you are tourist.
That why I live only for 3 hours instead of the whole night. I prefer staying at the airport during interchange flight.
