消費規則不提前説明，餐費不能合併在房費中，送餐還收送餐費，一個人點一個菜，結果送餐費比餐費還貴。點餐時也不告知有這樣的費用。

入住很滿意，前台辦理入住快，服務也挺好的，停車場挺大的，入住是免費停車的，這裏交通也很方便，出門吃飯啥的也挺方便的，房間乾淨，設施也還可以，早餐是自助餐。

第一次見去酒店住還有機器人，簡直太高級啦，還有健身房，房間很乾凈。點個外賣是機器人送上來的，房間設施也很齊全，也很乾凈，以後來慈溪出差就住這裏了…

位置不錯，吃飯什麼的都方便。比較老的裝修，設施設備都老了，插座面板是松的，地毯是沒吸乾淨的，冰箱不製冷，給我們的説法是酒店的冰箱就這樣的。到處可見明顯的灰塵，早飯品種少，收盤子沒人，東西沒了也不添的，漏水的印跡也不修。前台小姑娘服務態度不錯，但餐廳裏下面和餛飩的服務態度太差，有幾個這個酒店的什麼總的人，天天在餐廳門口抽煙和服務員聊天，烏煙瘴氣，象是鄉下農家樂，配不上四星，不推薦大家來。

房間裏面還可以，因為到了比較晚，兩個房間都安排再口子上。第二天加了一個早飯，一言難盡，一塊肉都沒有，九點半結束的早餐，八點半已經沒什麼東西了，要了一個酸奶，半個小時也沒拿出來，不知道酸奶是不是也要現做。一根香腸，一片培根都沒有。一早餐拉低了酒店的服務。

前台的服務很好，辦理入住和退房手續挺快的，房間裝修風格很新，衞生乾淨。還有我的充電忘在酒店了前台有跟我聯繫，感覺好，下次還會選擇入住

我之前看是22年裝修就果斷預訂了，入住後果然沒讓我失望，前台服務人員熱情，服務也很貼心，我説我睡眠質量不好，她們就給我安排安靜的房間，房間裏面是智能小度，挺好的，我預訂的是有一個下午茶套餐的，服務員給我安排了在一樓大堂喝喝茶，大堂也安靜不吵。早餐是自助餐，各種菜品都有，我特別喜歡她們家的小餛飩很好吃，下次有朋友來的推薦。
