Charlesworth Bay Beach Resort

We stayed 5 nights and would not recommend this place for a long stay. Limited cleaning service offered (none) and to obtain extra provision, e.g, milk, toilet paper towels etc . ,you will have to walk to reception to collect Complex shared services with Pacific Resort. In addition, note that the Gym is not in the resort but in the downtown area,near the Coffs Harbour Jetty. Suitable for 1 night stay only Plates and cutlery not clean Found bread crumbs on plates (see photo )

Room is clearly aged but overall very clean. Has underground parking if you get there early. Staff was friendly.

Location was great and scenery amazing around the resort. Room was quite old and had that smell...

Beautiful resort with calming views from the room. Room and toilet is clean though the furnishings are old and dated. Very friendly and helpful service staff. Amazing amenities - 3 pools, , gym, tennis and basketball court, playground, putting green, golf course, spa and hair salon. Plenty of parking spaces. We didn’t get to use the amenities as it was an overnight stay for us. Please upgrade the room's fixtures and fittings and we will return!

The service and the location were great the only thing that was a bit of putting for me is when we first entered the lagoon room it smelt a bit but other than that everything was amazing!!

The apartment really needs a renovation - the bathroom tiles are chipped, the bath has discoloured, the sofa bed didn't fold out flat, the bathroom door didn't lock and a few other things. Most of the glasses had marks so we had to wash them before use, the pan still had the last person's dinner and the last person's hair was also still in the drain of the shower/bath. The main pool was closed but I did see 1 out of their 3 pools was open. There was a nice private beach which we enjoyed. I would not stay again.

Best location,clean and everything excellent but there was an issue in internet service.No proper internet in room.Other then this it was excellet.

This hotel was okay, nothing special, we just got what we paid for. Was loooking for somewhere cheap and clean for a quick stop over in between 2 trips. Only stayed here for 3 nights as we were leaving late the last night. The room itself was a little old fashioned, but was mostly clean and a good view from the balcony which was nice. Surrounding area was lovely, however we definitely found there’s not a lot to do around coffs harbour itself, and by the end of our trip we were definitely a bit bored. Overall this was just okay, if you’re looking for somewhere fun or active I wouldn’t recommend this location, but the price was good here especially for a weekend an as we were only using this a quick stop to restart before we headed to Sydney.
