We have been to Turkey about 20 times and have been really impressed with this hotel. Its quite compact not like some of the big hotels but it gives it a more personal feel. The staff are very friendly and the quality of food is excellent. Table service at the beach and pool and buffet style in the evening with speciality nights. We are the only English family here, which is quite normal for this side of Turkey but that hasn't been a problem for us. There are lots of shops nearby if that is what you are looking for. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are very comfortable and big. We have a superking size. I don't really think you can ask for much more on a holiday. If you come, you won't b disappointed in our opinion. Enjoy x

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in Turkey, and I have been coming to Turkey for fifteen years. Thanks a lot Love Holidays for putting an English speaking family into a hotel where it is all German People. (I would like to point out that the German tourists were fine, but none of the staff spoke any english(I had to resort to a translator, I mean nobody), and all information, messages etc were in German or Turkish. I was so looking forward to this holiday, do not come to this hotel unless you are German. The restaurant staff were so lovely but at reception we were treated with ignorance and utter contempt because we were not German. When you travel all inclusive you feel that there isn’t any hope around your choices, as they have taken your money and their attitude is tough, if you don’t like it. Please if you speak English do not come to this hotel. My other issue is around dietry requirements. No labelling of any food contents and when I asked if there were any vegetarian options the very unpleasant woman on reception looked at me as if I had committed a crime and said ‘No only Vegetables, no other options’ I pointed out that I needed protein and again she shrugged and said,’Vegetables’!! There are many good hotels around this area I am sure but this hotel is a nightmare if you speak English. All signs in the restaurant and on boards etc are in German or Turkish. I even had to use a translator for the bar staff. I have never felt so utterly disempowered, shame on you Sun port Hotel Side, Turkey.

During all my stays in Türkiye, I have had the best experience ever. Everyone who worked there was eager to ask if we needed anything all the time. The sense of service among the staff was of a very high standard. The food was very good with many variations and with different themes. The desserts were world class. The hotel had a family-friendly impression as the atmosphere was very calm and composed. The lobby area is very good if you are interested in relaxing and enjoying your drinks. I want to send a special thanks to Şevki bey, Ferhat bey, Haşmet bey, Yusuf bey, Hasan bey, Nazli hanim, Muhammed bey and Emine hanim.

Tolles Hotel in 2. Reihe! Nette Leute, Spa und Personal. Wollte immer schon einmal dieses Hotel buchen und bin nicht enttäuscht worden. Sehr guter äußerer Eindruck, große, saubere Zimmer, kommen bestimmt wieder! Neu gestalteter Strandabschnitt.

Das Side Sunport ist ein Hotel der mittleren Preisklasse, welches uns positiv überrascht hat. Mit 250 Zimmer ist es eins der kleineren an der türkischen Riviera. Grün sucht man hier vergeblich, der Außenbereich besteht aus diversen Pools.Es befindet sich in 2.Strandreihe in Evrenseki. Der Weg zum Wasser ist kurz-am davor liegenden Adalya Hotel vorbei, dann über die Promenade und schon ist man am Strand. Mit dem Dolmus kommt man nach Side und Manavgat. Die Dolmusstation befindet sich am Hotel.Das Zimmer ist riesig gross. Es bot ein Doppel-, ein Einzelbett und ein Sofa. Das Doppelbett hat eine stabile Matratze, so dass man nicht durchgeschüttelt wird, wenn der Partner einen unruhigen Schlaf hat. Safe und Minibar (gefüllt mit Wasser und Softgetränken) sind inklusive. Einen Bademantel gibt es leider nicht. Der sollte 4Euro pro Tag kosten. Wir hatten um ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Kamelya Hotel gebeten, weil dort die freiere Sicht aufs Meer ist. Die hatten wir auch, allerdings war es dort nicht so ruhig wie gedacht. Vom Kamelya schallte ein Generator herrüber, ein Abflussgitter auf dem Weg rappelte beim Überfahren und ein Hahn krähte am frühen Morgen emsig. Auf der anderen Seite schaut man aufs gegenüber liegende Hotel, könnte dort aber ruhiger sein, da kein Verkehr. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich auch für Vegetarier.
Die Tische waren immer stilvoll mit Silberteller und Besteck für alle Gänge eingedeckt. Haben wir in gehobenen 5 Sterne Hotels schon einfacher erlebt.

Tolles 5 Sterne Hotel in 2ter Reihe, leider aber zu gut bewertet.Liegt etwas höher auf einem Hügel hinter dem Adalya, allerdings nichts für Menschen mit Einschränkungen beim gehen. Shuttle nicht vorhanden. Service, Essen, Zimmer, Hotelausstattung alles Klasse, jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Was jedoch bei uns nicht gut ankam, der Strand, alles viel zu eng, man kann sich kaum mit seiner Liege bewegen, durch die Schirme liegt man dauernd im Schatten. Zwischen je 2 Reihen mit 8 Liegen wurden störende Holzstege montiert. Was auch nicht gut war, morgens früh waren fast alle Liegen am Strand und am Pool schon mit Handtüchern belegt....geht gar nicht und nervt. Man ist um 09:00 Uhr am Strand oder am Pool und 3/4 der Liegen sind schon mit Handtüchern belegt, obwohl niemand da ist...echt grauenhaft. Das nächste was nicht gut war, die Tische am Strand wurden nur selten bis gar nicht gesäubert. Es gibt dort immer 1-2 Tagesgerichte, der Rest aus der Karte.Die Platzdeckchen sehr unhygienisch. A la Carte Restaurants nur gegen 25 € p.P.und mindestens 25 Teilnehmer. Die Minibar gratis Wasser, Pepsi, Limo, 2 Sorten Wasser.Der Poolbereich war sehr eng und viele Bereiche nur im Schatten. Die Animation einfach nur schlecht, allerdings war Moses der beste, immer gut drauf. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub mit relativ gutem Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Kann man trotz allem empfehlen.

Çok memnun kaldık, herşey çok güzeldi. Personelin ilgisi mükemmeldi. Temizlik ve Hiycene çok önem veriliyor. Yemekler harika ve çeşit boldu. plajı ve Havuzu temiz ve güzeldi. Animation ekibi bilhassa Moses Baba çok ilgili. Herşey için Teşekürler.

Große Zimmer. Familien Zimmer in zwei Räumlichkeiten geteilt (durchgang aber sehr angenehm) auch die billigen Zimmermit Landblick OK (wir waren meistens draußen). Essen in Ordnung. Pool Bereich auch. Liegen fast immer besetzt. Strandbereich ausreichend groß mit Liegen und Hotelabschnitt. Sehr guter SPA Bereich. Massagen auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Nicht ganz günstig, man wird abervon einem sehr gut ausgebildeten Therapeuten eine Stunde lang von Fuß bis Kopf bearbeitet. Jeder Muskel! SUPER!

Perfektes Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Deutschsprachige Gästebetreuung. Grosse Auswahl an leckeren Speisen. Grosse Zimmer bieten sehr viel Platz. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Man sieht das es Inhabergeführt ist der auch direkt vor Orr ist. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Chefanimateur Moses der einen hervorragenden Job macht. Jenny als Gästebetreuerin macht einen klasse Job und hat immer ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen und ist sehr freundlich.
