Great location to everything on Blvd. Everything extremely clean and brand new. 100% perfect stay.

This was our second stay at this property. We liked it so much the first time, we booked it again for our recent visit!
Very clean, comfortable rooms and the rest of the property is spotless too. We also like the location, it's walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Our only disappoin**ent is with the warm breakfast options...weird "eggs" and the coffee does not taste fresh, like they don't empty the urn from the day before and just pour fresh coffee over the old over and over again. Room for improvement there.

Did like the height of the bed for someone with back problems this was not good. Also, did not like that you must pay a parking fee.

Hotel is located right in heart of Columbus waterfront area. Many restaurants, playgrounds and shops all walkable from hotel.

Great breakfast options for the family. Gym and pool on site a huge plus. So close to all downtown restaurants and events. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Room well designed and laid out. Good location. Nice to have breakfast included. No cleaning service even though we asked for it. That was a disappoin**ent as we had run out of supplies.

Making reservations for our stay here were effortless. We were cheerfully greeted by the receptionist as we entered the lobby. She made additional room arrangements upon our request with no problem. The rooms were spotless and included everything we needed. Our rooms were definitely cleaner than any we have stayed in at other hotels. Our experience from making reservations, checking in and even interacting with the staff was perfect. The breakfast bar was amazing with a great selection of fresh food items to be enjoyed. Sadly this was a one time stay to attend a graduation, but if we are ever in the area again we will be staying here. Just can’t say enough about the cleanliness of the hotel and the cheerful staff.
