An overall good experience! With the beautiful garden and the interior of the lobby it really feels like you landed just in the right place. However the cleaning could have been a bit better. The spa was also really nice, but enforced more strict rules than other spas regarding cleanliness and what you could do! We had to use bathing hats and was not allowed to bring anything to the pools such as phone or valuables. But in general the pool area and the sauna was really good. It’s good for a quick relaxing time. The spa is only open on weekends from 10:00-14:00 and 16:00-20:00.

Very nice place and with plenty of space. We stayed for 1 night. The staff is very friendly, room spacious and clean. Can walk to the village for more restaurant options. Recommended. Wish the pool would be open for more time (they only open from 11 till 20)

I think the grounds is absolutely stunning, I didn’t get to try the spa or swimming pool just because we was there on a business trip. The room was ok the beds was pretty hard and the pillows extremely soft - so didn’t have much sleep, and the towels wasn’t changed, but other than that I think it’s a lovely hotel, and maybe if the beds was comfortable I would go back with my other half and enjoy here for a small get away. I wouldn’t stay any longer than a week, it’s a perfect long weekend hotel to stop at.

It is an old 4 stars hotel... Need some renovations. Air conditioning didn't work properly, not enough soundproof, on the first night the hotel had organised a party next to the swimming pool & our room was on that side, we couldn't sleep until the music stopped at 2:30am !!!
Breakfast was very complete, lots of choice, ok for the price (12€/person).

It was a very Nice hotel. We got a very big room, clean, nice and calm. A small pearl. We took a swim in the Aquatonic, which was a nice place. We would recommend this hotel to others.

We arrived late Saturday, there was a long line to check-in but they didn't catch us at all. We went to change the time of the Aquatonic to go on Sunday more calmly and the girls changed it for us without any problem. The stay at the hotel was very quiet and cozy, the lunch buffer has a little bit of everything, perfect. We missed trying the dinner that they spoke very highly of, we hope to return soon. The room was spotless, I'm a sucker for odors and it smelled clean. They have a beautiful garden where you can walk quietly and enjoy it.

A 10 experience in every sense. Friendly and professional staff. The hotel facilities are very nice, everything is very clean, the room is great, with a sofa area with a table, the huge and comfortable bed with two pillows for you to choose from. The breakfast restaurant is beautiful, very complete and with quality food. The gardens are kept and beautiful, flowers everywhere. Perfect aquatonic, not very crowded, with a very friendly and professional lifeguard, thermal caves and Turkish bath. Lots of staff, including maintenance so that everything was up to its stars. In short, we stayed for a weekend and we will definitely return, we are very relaxed, and very satisfied with the experience.

Maintenance in this spa is conspicuous by its absence... The best thing is the breakfast. I think two stars should be removed. If you pay for the spa, it is for the whole day, in the morning you cannot enter because it is occupied by the insert.

Stay with Immserso group. The staff (cafeteria, hot springs, instructors, cleaning service) excellent. The facilities need more maintenance. Terrible food in terms of quality, variation and quantity. Response from the General Director to our complaints, regrettable.
