Relaid Franciacorta is a beautiful venue in the vineyard countryside, the place is quiet and the bedrooms are huge however it doesn’t meet the 4* expectations so should not be advertised as such. The interior is dated and in urge for a refurbishment. The breakfast is of very low quality with poor offerings and no fresh products.

Perfect stay when visiting lake Iseo and franciacorta wineries! We booked deluxe double room and it was huge! Comfortable bed, many pillows and a blancket if you feel cold. The view from room 211 is perfect! We also had dinner in their main restaurant and it was delicious. Portions are big! We didnt miss the pool as we visited Berlucchi winery and had lunch in Paratico city (please have a look at separate review). Good parking at the property.

Beautiful place surrounded by greenery and vineyards. Everything was very well looked after, from the structure to the gardens to the room, everything was clean and well kept. I booked for two people with booking, right price. I would stay here again and will definitely recommend!!

Lovely location but I expected something more from the property. Very spacious but dated room. Very good breakfast. Overall not bad but there would be a need for renovation of the rooms and greater attention to detail.

We booked three nights in this relais to visit Franciacorta. We found this structure very beautiful, elegant, well-kept. The reception staff were very kind, in particular the lady we met upon our arrival was very welcoming and available to provide us with explanations. We had a spacious room, well furnished, clean and with a huge bed. The place is very quiet and allows total relaxation. Excellent and well-stocked breakfast.

A beautiful property, friendly and courteous staff. The outdoor areas are a dream during the day and especially at night. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The air conditioning works perfectly. If you look at it with embarrassment, it doesn't live up to the 4 4* awarded. The interior and more generally are getting old, but we would still come back again and again. There used to be a refrigerator, but only the wooden door is visible. In the bathroom there is a flood every time I take a shower and the water from the toilet sprays over the toilet when it is pulled, which is funny but not helpful. Last night the elevator didn't work 🤷♂️. And there is something to complain about in one or two corners. But the reception is staffed all night long and there are enough parking spaces available (oh yes and the phone in the room is probably a dummy)
