Decided to have a short break at Sunwing Fanabe as my daughter and her fiancé were staying at the Guayamarina Princess over the road. Chose this hotel as we stayed here in May 2023 and really enjoyed it. It’s a family hotel so obviously lots of kids about. All families were nice and most kids well behaved and enjoying themselves in and around pool areas and activity clubs. You can always get sunbeds and parasols at any time of day and pool towels are provided in the rooms. We were B and B and plenty of choice at breakfast time and English bacon! One of the best things about the hotel is the rooms. They are spacious and even the standard rooms have a separate living area from the bedroom by way of a sliding partition. Bathrooms are good and fridge and microwave and hob are provided in the room. The best thing of all though is the bed. You will struggle to find any hotel with beds as comfortable as this. What a superb nights sleep. Staff are great and hotel is in an excellent almost sea front location. We would definitely stay here again.

Currently staying here will write a bigger review when home lovely friendly hotel great rooms staying self catering the only thing I think let’s it down is the shows of a night are poorly attended the show people are great. But I think it’s because it’s not advertised enough in the hotel poorly attended and the people work really hard For a great show most things are advertised on your mobile but if like my husband the phone goes in the safe when we arrive you don’t know what’s happening in the hotel another point is the drinks are ex pensive compared to out side the hotel ok I know it’s a captive audience but !!!!!

Rooms are modern and cleaned daily We got bed and breakfast- breakfast was lovely A la carte menu was nice and reasonably priced Drinks are expensive, almost €10 for a small cocktail The most disappointing part for me was the kids club aka lollo and Bernie play area It was opened at random times throughout the day for an hour or two at a time and other days not opened at all which was very much a let down when you have two toddlers to entertain The evening entertainment was good but the place was empty, their was no a**osphere at night time which made us go to other pubs for that holiday a**osphere (maybe because the alcohol is so expensive?) A lot of the kids entertainment was not in English also which I understand why however it was difficult for the kids to get involved I probably wouldn't go back due to the spontaneous timings of the play area and also the staff who worked there were not hands on with the kids, the sat back and looks disinterested and let the parents interact with the games etc instead of them getting involved which didn't look good!

A Jet2 package holiday booked last minute which gave us a great price. Picked this hotel due to the location and previous TA reviews. A fifth floor studio room was allocated to us. A good space to include a bedroom, large balcony and lounge area with a well equipped kitchen area. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff in the hotel were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The location of the hotel is approx five minutes to the beach and numerous restaurants and bars. Why only four stars? The food was very average at best for breakfast. There was plenty on offer but the quality left a lot to be desired. This was the only downside.

Booked this one due to location as last year we were too far from the main *****. Plenty of room for our family of 4, fancy lights in wardrobe, walk in shower and plenty of counter space. Only suggestion would be a dressing table area and a few drawers in the bedroom. Air con wasn’t the best could be more of a problem in June and July. Room was located on the first floor with a partial sea view and a large balcony that got the afternoon sun. Great soundproofing as didn’t hear any street noise or the other guests. Had booked b & b but did find breakfast a few days was quite cold. Lovely outside seating area under a pergola. Pool area lovely and clean and no problem getting a sun lounger. Activities provided included everyone that wanted to take part and not just all inclusive guests. Park area quite small for my 5 and 10 year old but did enjoy the outside pool tables. 1st night we couldn’t get the safe to work, but when we informed reception the next day it was quickly sorted. Staff we saw were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel, perfect location with amazing facilities and so clean. Delicious, fresh breakfast served daily from 7.30-10.30, staff work very hard to present everything you could possibly want. Pool area is spotless with a life guard on hand. Daily fun activities for all inc. Water aerobics and polo which my kids loved. Friendly entertainment team are always smiling. Evening show is a bit repetitive, same singers, although talented, gets a bit samey each night with a different theme. The rooms are spotless and big enough for a family of four. Clean bathroom, huge comfy bed and cleaned daily should you want it. Location is perfect too, 2 mins walk to beach promenade and lovely restaurants and bars. Reception staff are so knowledgeable amd helpful, ordering taxis, recommendations for evening meals and bus times. Couldn't fault it, perfect family hotel

We stayed at the end of March with our 8-year old daughter. We loved the hotel. It’s in a great location close to the beach and restaurants/cafes with a small supermarket on site too. The studio rooms are spacious, modern and more like 4-5 stars with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. The pool is well sheltered from the wind and always warm enough. Really impressed by the running of the hotel. Staff were excellent. Professional, helpful and responsive. Everything is cleaned constantly. We only had breakfast and it was busy but the food was good with lots of choice and it was run really well. The guests are majority Scandinavian but we were fine with that and the activities are still delivered in English. A big shout out to the entertainment group who perform shows nearly every night - from ABBA to a brilliant, quirky musical version of Cinderella. They are awesome and spend time talking to the kids after the shows which is really appreciated! Also the evening bar staff who serve the quickest cocktails ever when it’s busy! I’d say it’s a great hotel for families with young kids especially and it’s less built-up than resorts like Playa de las Americas but still with plenty of amenities nearby. Thanks to the staff for giving us a great holiday.

Great Hotel and very clean - seen last comment about pool closed for an hour for cleaning - but I see this as a positive to how clean and tidy the hotel is. Its not the hotels fault if the pool needs cleaned!!. Great stock if ice cream for kids but must agree that sometimes the food is alittle cold. Also waiting on stocks of cups and bowls and spoons at busy times ... come on Sunwing just buy more!!! Selection of food varieties was okay but as previous comments alittle salty for my liking Activities for Kids was good, FIFA tournaments enjoyable maybe a few more pool activities during the day would not be a bad thing!!! Overall very enjoyable, very clean, clean towels everyday was very good and found the staff very friendly

Never having been to Tenerife before we booked this hotel package based primarily on the reviews both on Trip Advisor and Google. During booking I decided to upgrade to a studio with a pool view. It was a gread decision as the room is fantastic coming with bedroom with separate lounge which can be closed off, and balcony. Beds and pillows are probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on in the Canaries and the air conditioning which is free is quiet and effective. The room also comes with a cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee pod machine, and fridge which had a mixture of drinks already provided when we arrived. All these machines and indeed the cutlery and plates all looked spotless and you could see a bit of money had been spent on the rooms. Rooms were very quiet and even noise from the pool was minimal. Wifi in the room (again free) gives a decent 30meg which is more than enough for normal use. The TV in the room is mainly Spanish Channels but there is the option to cast from phone to the TV so that meant we had access to the normal range of streamers such as Netflix and Prime The location of the hotel is ideal being only a two minute walk to Fanabe Beach and a large number of restaurants down a short but not too steep hill. To walk to the other areas of Costa Adeje is 10 - 15 minutes if you want a bit of a change. There is also a large number of restaurants just outside and to the right of the hotel if you dont want to go down to the beach. Hotel has a small but reasonably priced shop on site but there are a couple of hyper-dino's within a minute of the hotel and another small store just a few steps across the road. Staff in the hotel have been very pleasant and efficient. Check is took seconds and the cleaners do a good job of keeping things ship shape and tidy. Parking in Tenerife is probably the worst in all the Canary Island but on arrival we were very lucky to find a single spot just outside the hotel. The hotel has free parking for guests and we used that the second day, however it is in an underground car park and you need to be an excellent driver to get into what are some very very awkward parking bays. If i was to have any sort of complaints about the hotel (and these are very minor) it is the parking which as i said demands a tetris expert level to park, and the height of the cupoards in the kitchens. For us vertically challenged it meant having to get something to stand on to be able to reach. Another minor complaint would be the cost of eating at the hotel. Not sure of the cost of a meal in the evenings (as we like to eat out) but breakfast is a very pricey 14.50 euros which is double at least of a decent breakfast across the street. All Inclusive as well, although we didnt go for it is available to upgrade when you arrive but agains seems very excessive given the prices locally to eat out. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and although we are only at t
