We had a lovely 4 night break at the hotel Neptuno. The room was comfortable and clean with complimentary tea and coffee and it had a fridge with complimentary water, fanta lemon and coke. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit, meats, hot food, cakes etc. We enjoyed the omelettes and pancakes which were made to order. We went to the spa one evening which was very relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Quite modern on the outside, but the rooms are not up to par, the beds are small and small details such as sheets with holes and broken nightstands, there was no closet to store clothes, only some hangers on a kind of screen, make it not look like a four stars. Breakfast good, little variety but good products.

I originally chose the hall after seeing the environment. Indeed, the hall is very atmospheric. That is, because of the passage of time, the room layout and room facilities have returned to a long time ago. At least I don't like the bedding. The hardness of the synthetic fiber makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel is in a good location, only ten minutes' drive from the city center and the seaside.

The hotel has an excellent location, I loved it Near the bus stop, there are many restaurants around. The staff was very friendly and professional, I loved the treatment they had. Very comfortable and clean room, we will definitely repeat

Not exactly a central location but it’s easy to reach the center by feet or with a bus. Rooms are spacious and very clean, breakfast was great as well. It was quite packed while we stayed there but it was pretty good nevertheless!

This is always a good location hotel with good people/ good breakfast/ good location. If i stay in Valencia next time. 100%. I will stay this excellent hotel again

The location is great, 5-6 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, very convenient to Atocha Train Station, Chamartin Train Station can also be reached by subway; the room is very large, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sound insulation is also very good; the swimming pool is not very big, because it is not on the top floor, so it is fine when there is sunshine, but the water is cold when there is no sunshine; the overall shape retains the medieval style, retro and luxurious; there is a Japanese ramen restaurant opposite that fully satisfies the Chinese stomach; and the most famous Spanish fried dough sticks + chocolate breakfast is also nearby, very convenient

I have always had a good impression of WESTIN, but this time it was overturned, and the child decided not to live in this brand of hotel anymore. One is that the room is too simple, not like a five-star hotel at all, and the other is that there are cockroaches in the room, which is unbelievable.

Really pleasant stay at this hotel. Can’t comment too much on the amenities as I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but the room was comfortable and clean. Walking distance from the City of Arts and Sciences, and metro station.

Just came out of the hotel related to Marriott, and then lived here, there was an immediate ease to let go of breathing.
