We needed something close to the airport. It’s a clean, comfortable hotel with a friendly staff. A little outdated but good, the neighborhood is a bit industrial.

What a filthy disaster - just have a look at the photos. Dust, dirt and some strange excrements everywhere, aircon working only for heating, 'beautiful' views and sounds of a highway nearby, super-expensive bar/restaurant with strikingly terrible food. All that for the price of a five-star Parador hotel nearby... Seriously?

The hotel is located in a business area and if you don't have a car you need to stay there. I had diner there, there is a diner menu for 15,5 with quite good quality food. The swimming pool is just opened from 5pm till 9pm and the best lounge chairs could be reserved to outisde visitors depending when you go. The maintenance of the hotel maybe after Covid-19 could be improved. The service at reception desk was ok.

Fui a este Hotel para celebrar nuestro aniversario y tuvimos una muy buena experiencia! Queríamos hacer una escapada de un día para conocer a Alcalá de Henares y la ventaja del hotel es que está a tan solo 10 minutos del centro. Las habitación era amplia y cómoda con un buen colchón, el servicio es muy amable. Nos dimos el lujo de ir al SPA que contaba de una piscina caliente con varios chorros y un baño turco, fue agradable y lo pasamos muy bien. Lo mejor fue el desayuno me sorprendió para bien, tienen varios tipos de panes, tomate fresco rallado, zumo de naranja hecho al instante y bollería del día rica y el café estaba bueno. Muy recomendable!

Hemos celebrado la comunión de mi hija y quedamos encantados. Respecto al trato, ha sido cercano y sencillo, sin errores en la celebración, protocolos, menús, atención de amareros (muy serviciales), etc... Todo perfecto. Respecto a la comida, es una ventaja poder confeccionar tu menú. Nosotros pusimos dos entrantes, un primer plato individual, uno principal y el postre, y la cantidad es ideal. Por ponerle una pequeña pega, el solomillo de cerdo del entrante estaba demasiado hecho (un poco seco), pero el resto.... Riquísimo!!! El solomillo de ternera y el bacalao, espectacular!!. En cuanto a la fiesta posterior, todo fueron facilidades para trasladar la mesa dulce, acoplar horarios (se retrasó media hora el salón de la fiesta, pero luego pudimos recuperarla sin inconvenientes) y coger alguna copa más. Por poner otro inconveniente, el volumen de la música no era el adecuado para bailar, parecía música ambiente... Parece ser que era problema del cable jack donde estaba conectado el móvil, así que estuvimos disfrutando del jardín y charlando con toda la familia. Los patios, jardines y zonas comunes, muy bonitos y acogedores En resumen, 100% recomendable.
