Quaint little inn in the ancient city of Dali! The room we got had this sunroof that could look into the sky at night or during the day! We initially had trouble finding the place but it turns out there was a convenience shop under their inn under the same name hence the confusion. But it also made it easier to get some snacks and water for our room! There were many cafes within walking distance and convenient to walk around. Would come back here again if I’m visiting Dali!

I really loved this cute guesthouse. Great location, nice terrace and very charming design. It is just few blocks away from old town, but very peaceful. If you arrive late, remind them not to start bothering you at 11 am with house cleaning. I arrived after 1am after 24h travelling, but it didnt cross their mind just to let me sleep. I think I was the only guest at that time. Sound isolation is poor; I could hear everything what family was speaking over the phone next door.

The hotel is inside Dali old town, car can get in but the road is very small, sometimes will be stuck. The room was very cute and cheap for 3-4 people. But there is no clear board or sign for us to find out the hotel. When we finally found out (around 6pm), they even have not turned on the light and no one is at the very small reception, which made us confused whether we arrived at the correct place or not. The owner is also not very supportive when we asked for favor to help book car.

The location is great, a quiet street near the old town, the feeling is very traditional and rustic, plenty of good restaurants nearby and not too touristy

Excellent stay here. The hotel is just above a convenience store making it easy to stock up on daily essentials. We used the communal outdoor spaces to eat and play cards. Well located within the ancient city but away from the hustle and bustle.

Charming hotel with nice interior decoration full of arrt. Nice terrace with view on mountain. A bit outside of the over tourist and over business of Dali… we enjoyed the muqi hotel

We spent 3 amazing days in Dali ancient town. The owners are a lovely family with a shop downstairs where you can buy anything you need it. They helped us to book transfer to Shaxi with cheap price. The room is warm and nice. Everything was perfect.

Love everything about this place. The location is good, cleanliness is good & very easy access for foods.

The hotel has a wonderful location, I liked it very much around, nice boutiques and coffee shops. And I loved my tiny room with its king size super comfy bed. I would recommend to all solo travelers or couples with tiny budget :)
