Except for the check-in process, there was a waiter who didn't see anyone until check-out, leaving the room card at the front desk even if you checked out. The shower in the bathroom is blocked, the water is very small, there is no light, the door is not sealed, and the water flows everywhere after taking a shower. The faucet of the basin is active. On the second day, there was no waiter to clean, and the bath towels were not replaced. After taking a shower at night, I could only use a bathrobe to wipe my body, but knocked on the door at 8 o'clock in the morning on the third day and said to change the towels. I was speechless. This is the feeling of staying for two nights, I will definitely not go next time

首先表明不是刷單/刷好評，真實居住體驗！ 提前一天去看了房間，感覺很不錯，房間面積如描述40平左右，露台左前方視野開闊，可以看洱海。四樓房頂上真的很出片，拍照很好看！前台小姐姐服務很好，前前後後三四次出來接送，用電瓶車幫忙拉行李🧳。感覺這家海景房性價比挺高的，位置相對偏一點，如果拉着行李箱都是石板路會不方便，建議預訂後聯繫，看看能不能出來接。 另外不是洗澡/洗臉沒有熱水，熱水需要多放一會兒。我住三樓放了得十分鐘吧！（估計和房間水路設計有關） 建議多放個垃圾桶，挺大的房間就一個垃圾桶，扔個垃圾還得繞過去，哈哈😃

非常好啊，老闆人很好，房間性價比也很高，晚上想打麻將還帶我們去他另一家客棧打麻將，十分推薦啊，很值得

幾乎沒給過差評，但這次我實在受不了了！！！我們到的時候房間有客人我們沒辦到入住，我們給打掃的小妹説了慢慢搞，搞乾淨點，下午3點回來打掃好了，發現一整個臟亂差，設施陳舊，我受不了自己擦了一下，可以看下圖對比，完全就是沒好好打掃，服務就更不説了，前台幾乎沒有人。位置要穿過很多小巷，晚上沒有燈，需要自己打手電筒！衹能説入住率不高的住宿真不要訂，是有原因的。
