Service was absolutely superb. Grace the butler was super helpful! Very clean, quiet and close to the parking lot for Daocheng Yading scenic area. Unfortunately, I had a flat tyre one of the days and staff made sure that it would get fixed. The hotel driver, Kevin, took the time to show me where the repair shop was (thankfully very close) and waited with me until he was confident that I was ok. The food was terrific - the only thing I did not like was that smoking is allowed absolutely everywhere. Very gross and disappointing that smoking is allowed in the restaurant.

本次川西行 五天六夜中最滿意的酒店！一下車就有人來幫忙帶行李+替我們排隊辦理入住，入住是Grace小姐姐辦理的，酒店設施講解的很清晰，另外還有一個小哥哥講解了亞丁景區的路線，並且一路將我們送到房間。房間很大很乾凈，設備也都很新✌️

辦理手續時Alice幫我免費升級成了豪華大床房，還附贈了早餐。因為第二天在早餐前出發亞丁，還特地讓廚師幫準備了路早～很滿意，酒店房卡也很可愛，Alice也很可愛

皇冠假日還是很不錯的，因為有IHG的會員還送了早餐，這是我在川西吃的為數不多的比較好的早餐了！爬了一天牛奶海和五色海，回來休息的也好，Alice卓瑪非常熱情，酒店位置很方便，附近很多吃的餐廳，總之五星

避開旅遊大軍，的確是正確的選擇，提前兩天過來，也不堵車，玩的也不鬧心。酒店的確是本地最大最豪華的酒店了，面積很大，雖然在鎮內，可是晚上不吵。停車場的壁畫特別震撼，在其他地方也看不到。服務也是IHG一貫的高水準，前台服務熱情，次爾幫我預約的餐廳和足療都很滿意。推薦給注重服務的旅友們。

憑心而論，算是本地最佳的酒店，沒有之一吧。來之前，看了點評裏都説服務好，親自住過了之後，的確沒有水份。我去之前的頭一天就有人聯繫我確認訊息，到酒店的時候接待也很熱情，大堂還有熱薑茶，非常適合高原不適的時候來一杯，有用。Jack小林全程微笑服務，還因為景區下雪來詢問我是否身體不適，貼心的小管家。房間温暖朝陽，不用開熱空調都可以，由於酒店離街邊有大概200米，夜裡也不吵鬧，完美睡眠。總而言之，設施並不先進智能，酒店也不新，可是很有温度
