due to issues with restaurant water supply no food or drinks available on night of stay or day after, wifi was terrible also at this hotel

Room looking very tired and needed refreshment, towels thin, noise from upstairs occupant simply walking around. I have stayed at hotel 4 or 5 times before and I was disappointed that the standard is slipping

I stay here regularly for work and never have an issues. Standard for premier inn but the staff were great and very helpful. No issues with parking. I’ve been staying for a week and it’s a long wait to be served for breakfast and depends on the chef but one of the chefs was fantastic.

Quite a dated hotel, definitely needs an overhaul. The staff at reception were lacking somewhat, no one was there when I checked in, when I checked out there was no communication whatsoever. I like to stay at different PI's which is just as well cos I wouldn't return to this one

Consistency - with Premier Inn you always get 100% cleanliness, spacious room and coffee making facilities. This trip was no exception and the hotel was well located, very quiet and bed was extremely comfortable giving a great nights sleep

Terrible breakfast Waited over an hour and then gave up. No buffet, just one chef cooking individual breakfasts. Four of us just gave up and got refunds.Now driving home late and hungry Staff were fine

We stayed Christmas night and Boxing Day night as we were visiting relatives in nearby Orpington. After reading bad reviews on here we weren't expecting it to be great. However the room was clean and comfortable, and adequate for the price. Breakfast was well cooked and hot (unlike some reviews) on both mornings. Parking was easy.

When I checked in I was greeted by John who was very professional, polite and helpful and this first contact set the tone for the rest of my stay which was good. He is a credit to the organisation. Would recommend
