Great soundproofing and spacious rooms. The toilet and shower are completely separate, which is a nice touch. The service is excellent and very welcoming. The air conditioning is powerful yet quiet. I'll definitely book this Atour hotel again next time I'm in Datong.

Atour is consistently efficient and friendly. This facility had some construction going on so the laundry facilities were out of order or limited. It would not bother most travelers, but this time I counted on it.

The location is not far away from Datong South railway station. It is also not far away from the Datong Ancient City. Taxi rides took less than 15 minutes for these destinations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at Atour Linfan before this trip. The quality is consistent. Besides the free supper available after 930pm, unlimited supplies of bottled water and free usage of the washing machine and dryers, the key element is the friendly services and the extra miles from the staff to make the stay remarkably.
