Beds seemed to be old and hard, floor was dirty. I kept my shoes on until I went to bed. I will not stay there again.

Property was nice as were the employees. Electric sockets next to bed did not work which I needed for my CPat machine. Club across the street was so loud could hear their music in our 6th floor room.

Check in staff not very friendly and they blamed ******* for apparently giving inacccurate descriptions of the room when there weren't enough beds for our family.
But they were able to provide an extra bed after some back and forth discussions which we did appreciate. The rooms basically do not sleep 5 people even though the description says so.
But the hotel location was good, close to downtown.
