Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. Recently I had the pleasure of staying here. The hotel's accommodations were luxurious, offering a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.The hotel staff deserves commendation for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, addressing any inquiries promptly and with a genuine smile.

An absolutely exhilarating experience. They are the apogee of good service. The front-desk ***ager Ms Jaspreet Kaur is promptly forthcoming to provide the hotel clients with an unprecedented stay and experience. Mr Irfan at the Cafe Knosh exemplifies impeccable hospitality and service. Thanks a ton to him. Mr Hi***shu, the chef, was on his toes to serve up sumptuous food and went beyond his ***date to make us feel culinarywise good.

Hotel ok, very poor and delayed service. Housekeeping ok, but need to call the front desk to get cleaned. Food is mediocre, slow service.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It’s a lovely, modern and very well maintained hotel. The highlight was the staff that went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Service is incredible! Both the restaurants have fantastic food and again the staff at the restaurants are just lovely!

Last minute bookings are always a hassle especially when it's totally unplanned but when you come across a helping hand like the staff at the Classic Hotel Delhi, the entire experience changes! They truly represents the face of hospitality which one expects in the need of the hour. Despite the property being at full capacity, arranging a day room at such short notice was truly impeccable. It was a great hotel to feel enough like royal..it is also near the airport so it is big advantage if you have a early flight then you will definitely considered it. The room was cleaned, well-appointed, and equipped with all the necesaary item including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV and a well-designed work desk.

Breakfast is ok and can be full! It seems that an extra bed can be added, but the room is not large and may be crowded. It is better to use a sofa. My room has a bench. Yes, I can go on business. Basically, we go to the conference. We went to this hotel without booking the next Lila Hotel. It ’s not good to bring children. It is very remote. It's not convenient to go to the attractions. There are two malls next to it. Finally, don't stay here if you are not on a business trip, the hotel is fine. When you first arrive, you will suspect that you have taken the wrong place. This is the CBD? This is the CBD of NEW Delhi? Please see the photos

This is my 2nd stay here this month. Absolutely loved the stay. I was hosting my daughter’s birthday dinner at the India Grill the first time around and the staff here was unbelievably hospitable. Mr. Yogesh made sure that all our guests were very well taken of and attended to. Also, special thanks to Ramesh. Coming back here again.

This property is very beautiful. We had a lovely stay. Rooms are spacious, swimming pool has a beautiful view but it’s extremely crowded when we were there on Sunday. Hotel rooms were totally packed. Breakfast and Dinner was good too. Very nice hospitality. I’ll surely recommend you to stay here. I’ve been to all Taj,Vivanta,ambassador and gateway resort properties properties and had good time. Very fast service. Hospitality is good whether it’s housekeeping,bellboy,swimming pool life guard,chef.
