The front staff and restaurant were understaffed - but very efficient and accommodating! We ordered room service and the order wasn't right. We called the front desk and the manager brought up the missed items immediately. Very nice staff. Very comfortable room. Super clean.

Quiet room, comfy bed, nice towels. Shampoo and body wash bottles in shower were empty. Breakfast waitstaff were very nice.
Only issue is there is a **** dispensary and Adult Dance Bars across the street. Very little street noise audible indoors.

Very disappointing. Building is run down. Parking garage is terrible, especially if you have a large SUV. Hotel has an add-on charge for everything. $14/night for parking. Breakfast is over $20. The staff is all new, and you can tell they don’t treat their employees very well. Rooms are run-down. Couldn’t adjust the heat/air in the room. Could smell cologne if the bed sheets. Added bonus was fire alarm going off at 7am. Will go across the street in the future.

Room wasn’t ready around 1 which was fine. They said they would rush it and text me. I never got a text and when I got there a 5:30 the room was still not ready so I got a different suite. The room we got was next to a very loud family that had crying kids late into the night and they spent the whole morning yelling at them.

Hotel is clean and nice and was a good price, the room was nice however was VERY hot (like 76*), with no way to cool it down as the desk told us the system was old and even at the lowest setting, wouldn’t blow cold. Other than that, we liked it a lot

We were so upset that Double Tree Hilton would not work with us at all when our concert was canceled. We tried to cancel on the 15th and our reservation was on the 18th. We called numerous times and spoke to numerous people, but no one was willing to help with something beyond our control. We had proof that the artist canceled short notice and we are from out of state. Still, no one would help and we were charged an entire night even though we tried canceling well before 24hrs.
