A great accommodation experience. Because we are traveling as a family, there are 12 people in total. We booked 3 badrooms and 2 badroom rooms for 3 nights. The great thing about Four Seasons is that the 3 rooms are actually 3 villas + a common large living room + a medium-sized heated swimming pool. , each resident has his own private space. Although they live together, they will not interfere with each other. The entire Four Seasons Resort campus covers a large area. When entering and leaving the room, people in the park are called buggy or riding bicycles. It provides many facilities (tennis courts, Badminton court, billiards room, gym, children's play area) If you are traveling with a family, it is recommended to book a 2 or 3-bedroom room. The butler also provides many considerate services.

The Four Seasons in Hoi An is the most anticipated hotel on this trip. When you leave the airport, there will be hotel staff holding a sign to pick you up. A special car will be sent to the hotel, and there is Wi-Fi on the car. After check-in, the housekeeper will introduce the hotel facilities and activities in detail, including recommendations for restaurants in Hoi An Ancient Town, and will try his best to meet any reasonable requests. The room is cleaned almost every time after going out. The swimming pool is very big and you can really swim in it. It is also very photogenic. The spa technique is very comfortable, and you can enjoy the feeling of riding a bicycle and walking under the coconut trees. The only regret is that the dinner service at La Sen was a little slow, but it tasted good. Thank you very much to the butler TAM.NGUYEN for his kind and perfect service, always responsive to all requests.

Compared with the Four Seasons Hotel where I have stayed before and nearby luxury hotels such as the InterContinental Da Nang, the basic room rate of the Four Seasons Hotel in Hoi An is as high as about US$800, but it does not provide corresponding value and experience. In this price range, expect a luxurious experience, however, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An seems to have fallen short of those expectations. Firstly, the interior design and decoration of the rooms and public areas at Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An are decidedly less refined and impressive compared to nearby luxury hotels. While other luxury hotels often stand out for their unique architecture, exquisite artwork and sophisticated interior design, Four Seasons' design seems relatively bland and lacks personality. It even felt a bit mediocre, too hard, and not like the style of the Four Seasons at all. This prevents guests from experiencing true luxury and taste within the hotel. In addition, the quality and variety of breakfast at the Four Seasons Hotel are clearly inferior to those of surrounding luxury hotels. Other hotels in similar price brackets often offer more breakfast options and higher-quality cuisine as well as tranquil spaces. Guests often expect to experience unique cuisine at breakfast, but Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An failed to deliver this experience. All things considered, the Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An may not be the smartest choice for guests willing to pay a premium for a luxury experience. While nearby luxury hotels (Aman Nha Trang, InterContinental Da Nang, Regent Phu Quoc, etc.) offer a more refined and unique experience in a similar price range, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An fails to live up to that standard. Therefore, I feel that the price of Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An is not worth paying. Of course, the hotel swimming pool and beach are very beautiful, but I personally think these two points are the only ones worth experiencing. It is better to just eat a coconut.

Best places to stay in Da Nang everything is just perfect The direct worms are so kind, and they do a lottery for marine activities in front of the sea. A place I would definitely come back to The rice stays so delicious too haha

The hotel recommended by a friend made a special change to the Vietnam itinerary. Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, it was a worthwhile trip. The hotel has complete internal facilities, the kind that won’t get tired of staying for 4 days, full marks💯

30 minutes from Da Nang Airport Beautiful resort both day and night friendly staff The food is so delicious that I usually eat 2 meals a day, but 3 meals a day. The bed is comfortable and I sleep well Activities in the resort are good There are 3 pools so it's not crowded good to ride a bike I rested so well that I never went out during my stay at the resort (I haven't been to Hoi An Old Town before; there is a free roundtrip shuttle from the resort to the Old Town)

I had the most spectacular stay at this property. Every note was pitch perfect. An amazing breakfast buffet. A wonderful “street food” dinner buffet. The rooms are amazing as are the villas. Every need was anticipated. A very big shout out to Marco who helped me out with a health matter for which I was very appreciative. I had lost a prescription and within a few hours Marco was able to replace what I had lost. Another shout out to our butler, Khan. A great guy. A consummate professional and a very nice guy. I can’t recommend this hotel more highly. Lovely people who take their jobs seriously. It’s not just a five star property—-they make you feel completely at home.

This is an exceptional property with wonderful staff in a stunning setting. So many fascinating things to do in the area, or simply enjoy the facilities at the resort. Just returned from a week long family holiday whilst celebrating a birthday. Everything was pitch perfect; we stayed in a stunning two bedroom villa with private pool and beach view - it was absolutely wonderful. Our butler Tony was superb - he managed to balance discretion and respecting our privacy whilst being readily available and anticipating our needs. Before we arrived Mr Phong Nguyen had already provided timely and detailed assistance with queries we had, and ensured we had a seamless trip whilst there. Nothing was too much trouble and always well considered. The team arranged a surprise for my birthday which was so kind and incredibly touching. We enjoyed an in-villa BBQ which was one of the highlights of the trip with delicious food, wonderful decorations in the most perfect setting for a special celebration. The restaurants are lovely - beautifully appointed, with a great range of cuisines. The service is excellent. Breakfast was the perfect way to start the day - with a huge range of fresh options; all sorts of breads, fruits, yoghurts etc… there is something for everyone as well as excellent hot choices & great coffee. The grounds of the resort are superb and lovely to walk or cycle around (or grab a buggy). The spa was a real treat, in an incredible setting. Excellent facilities including well equipped gym, and sports centre with pool table, various racquet sport courts and more. The pool areas are amongst the best we have seen and hard to leave! Walking along the stunning stretch of beach is a wonderful way to start or end the day as you watch the sun rise or set and the fishermen with their catch. We did various tours - all so interesting. Getting into Hoi An is so easy (10 minutes by taxi or jump on the shuttle bus in the afternoon and evening). It is a truly wonderful place to explore during the day - with a fascinating history and markets to explore, and then in the evening when it is lit up by a thousand lanterns. The hotel arranged a fascinating tour of Hue - which is breathtaking - well worth the drive (which is in itself stunning). We had a thrilling time on a Vespa food tour, with our guide Moon - who was absolutely terrific and so informative about the local food and culture. We learned so much about this wonderful country. The local golf courses are excellent, and there are so many other things to do, you could stay for months. We highly recommend this outstanding resort - and will certainly return.

Eating at Nayuu was an amazing dining experience. Perhaps the best Japanese food we have ever had. Cafe Nam Hai is brilliant too, we also loved the lunch tapas at the Beach Bar. All the staff are attentive & offer brilliant service. The 4 Seasons Nurse was wonderful when one of our party became poorly with a chest infection. Twee the waitress is just gorgeous & so kind to her all her guest in the Cafe Nam Hai. Just a special place to stay.

The Four Seasons in Hoi A was one of the top places I’ve stayed. Breathtaking beauty, gorgeous villas, fabulous pools, top quality restaurants on site. Really an incomparable experience.

Beautiful hotel, all staff couldn’t do enough for us, Alex and Okta explained the Japanese menu to us whilst they prepared a feast, amazing restaurant must visit if you stay there. Staff around the pool area were attentive and a special mention for the spectacle doctor. Whilst staying we tried anti gravity yoga for the first time tutored by the founder Christopher Harrison, we also sampled the spa, which was also amazing, best ever. 5 days of bliss. If we could give 6 stars it would have it.

Stayed three nights here in a one bedroom villa. Beautiful grounds and wonderful and friendly service. Loved the use of bikes provided to move around the resort. Great gym and excellent breakfast. The beach was little used as I think the sea is often quite rough, so guess one might just stick to the pools. There are, in theory, three pool, but realistically only two for swimming, as the top one looked rather more decorative. Only thing we found less pleasant was the very many sharp and hard stone and wood surfaces and excessive awkward steps, sometimes, looking quite beautiful architecturally, but inviting stubbed toes and falls, especially in the room in the middle of the night (we speak from sad experience). Would highly recommend but watch your step around the villas and the resort!
