Everything was amazing but especially the staff made this the best family hotel we stayed in. They knew everyone by name and did everything to make everyone feel at home. Thanks to everyone especially Thien and Alenka. Noah misses you guys a lot :)

The location of this resort is amazing. We stayed here on our last night of 3 hiking through Salzburg. The lunch has several options and a better selection than breakfast. The spa, saunas and jacuzzi were amazing. I wish there were signs explaining the sauna and spa procedures in English for those who don't simply know that it is required to be nude. Luckily, Marcus, the spa master, nicely informed us of the rules, but we would have preferred to KNOW that information before going to the saunas. This information could be included in English on a sheet of paper so those who don't know the customs know. The saunas had aromatherapy. The cold bath had moss growing on the sides of the wall, which may be normal. Vanessa, the front desk clerk, did an AMAZING job with helping us print maps and hiking instructions since we lost our phone. She was patient and went above and beyond. She is the main reason that this hotel was rated so highly. The included dinner was average. For a resort, I expected better quality food and better options. The food itself was bland and lacked flavor. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My biggest complaint was that none of the informational material was in English. This makes it difficult for English speaking tourists to take advantage of and enjoy all of the amenities that this resort has to offer. Perhaps this is intentional and the resort prefers German speaking tourists, but I wish I had known this before booking.

We stayed at the Alm resort suite 430 - what a fun suite - very sloped ceiling but tons of room. Two great balconies on either side of hotel - very private. The bathroom was roomy with heated towel rake large shower and full bath tub.

I have never stayed in such a disgusting hotel. The waiter was constantly rude to me, and it seemed to me that he spat into my dish. When they brought me pasta for lunch, I saw saliva there. I complained to the owner, and he said f*ck off. I do not advise anyone to visit this vile place

I have been coming to this hotel and bringing friends for many years and it never disappoints. In fact I almost forget how spoiling it is until I return. It’s in a fabulous position for the skiing, has a beautiful spa area, bar and restaurant with delicious food and lovely staff. I hope to continue visiting for many years to come.

We spent a few days here skiing with our daughter. The hotel facilities are amazing with a big and beautiful Spa area, indoors and outdoors heated pools, big play area for children both indoor and outside and then the ski school and pistes are just across the road from the hotel. Also great food and good service

My family and many friends have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years. We have been visiting this hotel ever since it was managed by a respected aged people, they always welcomed us with joy. Then the management of the hotel passed to their son, a vile and disgusting boor who threatened to kick me out of the hotel and I'm not the first client who was kicked out of the hotel. I'll explain everything step by step. It all started when I took a small dog with me for breakfast for a few minutes while my room was being cleaned. After that, I listened to a bunch of negative comments from the waiter who turned out to be a terrible boor. Most likely he hates dogs. After this incident, this boor waiter began to follow me and do all sorts of dirty tricks, and yes, this is all in a hotel for 600 euros per day. The last thing he did was refuse to bring me food for lunch because my mask was not on properly. I quote our dialogue: I ask "what's for lunch today?", he replied "nothing for you, I don't want to see you." Perhaps this is all because of my nationality (I am Ukrainian), since he more than once scoffed at the fact that I was from there. After all these situations, I left a negative review, for which the owner of the hotel began to threaten me and my whole family that if I did not delete this review, they would kick me out and all my family and friends with me from the hotel (we did the stupid thing that we paid in advance). I tried to explain the situation to him, but he said that he did not want to listen to me and that I must get out. I ended up having to delete this review as my family was very upset about it. The next day, after we returned from skiing, our rooms were blocked. The owner of the hotel came and told me to get out of his hotel and he would not return any money, although we still had paid days. I had to leave the hotel. Since I'm sure this comment will be read by this disgusting bald freak who calls himself the chef of the hotel, I would like to say one last thing. It's all on your conscience, you are not familiar with such things as respect, conscience and morality. I am not surprised that this hotel has become such a disgusting service, staff who do not respect guests and treat them like animals. There is nothing to be surprised, at what kind of owner such and subordinates. With such "values" this hotel will not last long.
