Amazing hotel! So clean. And I loved that beautiful smell at the lobby area, that’s so calming. All the girls from the reception are so kind and helpful with all your needs. They do their best to satisfy your expectations. The room is clean and has all you need. The bed is very comfy, pillows have two sides: soft and massage balls, as always at Japanese hotels. I had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Shari and it was tasty. And I loved sake they recommend me. I really enjoyed! Location is great. Close to everything. Kabukiza theater is just across the street. Definitely gonna stay at the hotel again. Thank you so much!

Andaz Tokyo perfectly showcases the harmony of tradition and modernity. The mortise and tenon screens in the lobby are interwoven with LED lights and shadows, and the Japanese paper lamps are like floating islands in the high-ceiling space. This modern interpretation of Japanese wabi-sabi not only retains the bones of Tokyo's downtown, but also gives the space a futuristic sense of breath. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms are like giant viewfinders, framing the Tokyo Tower and Shinjuku skyline into a dynamic picture scroll: the spire is looming like Hokusai's Ukiyo-e, and the light of the glass curtain wall at night forms a Yayoi Kusama-style cyberpunk. This 24-hour changing vertical landscape is essentially the rebirth of Japan's ”borrowed scenery” garden philosophy in the cloud. The entire stay process is like an immersive exhibition, and I will come again next time~

The room was spacious, and the layout of the facilities matched the price. Compared to other similarly priced hotels in Tokyo, it was new! I especially wanted to emphasize that there were Chinese-speaking staff at both check-in and check-out. This was the only hotel on this trip to Tokyo that lived up to the description. The previous Ritz-Carlton was labeled as having Chinese service, but it didn't actually have one, so full marks! I'll definitely consider staying here next time I travel. 😄

Excellent hotel with stunning views and outstanding service 👌 We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu Premier during our trip to Japan, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and an incredible view of Tokyo Bay. The floor-to-ceiling windows and overall quietness make it feel like a peaceful escape right in the heart of the city. The public bath on the 36th floor is a real highlight. It offers a relaxing atmosphere and breathtaking night views of Tokyo. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The location is perfect: directly connected to the subway, and close to shopping centers, restaurants, and the Toyosu fish market. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a great location in Tokyo. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I loved my stay at this hotel, and the room was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities you could need, bottles of water and pyjamas were provided. The view of the city was fantastic! The staff were professional and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, about 6 minutes walk to a station with many lines and a couple of blocks away from the main Ginza shopping streets. I didn't try the bar or restaurant but they seemed liked by guests.

The hotel looks brand new, with a stylish decoration style. It is located in Minato, one of Tokyo's wealthy areas. Although it is not in the downtown area, the transportation is very convenient. It is only two or three stops away from the most prosperous Ginza, and it takes no more than 15 minutes to walk and drive. In addition, many restaurants in Tokyo are closed during the New Year, so the family and friends dinner on New Year's Eve was held in the restaurant in the hotel. The service level and food quality are excellent, highly recommended! There is a huge supermarket downstairs, and I go there every day after dinner! All the photos taken this time are of food 😂

The apartment is located in a residential area, so you can feel the daily life of the locals. There are many subway lines nearby, especially a direct trip to Disneyland, and it is also close to the hotel. The hotel has a front desk at fixed times, but it is completely self-service at other times. The advantage is that you have your own kitchenware and can buy vegetables and cook them yourself. We were busy and didn't have time to cook them ourselves. There is also a fully automatic washing machine, which is very convenient to use. There is a large supermarket downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient to buy some things, especially breakfast.

Service: Very good. When I asked for directions, the staff took me to Kyobashi Station. The concierge was even better. When I asked the hotel to help me book a restaurant, many restaurants were fully booked. Other hotels disappeared after telling me that they could not book, but Bulgari will continue to pay attention to this matter! When other diners canceled their reservations, the hotel helped me hold the restaurant location and contacted me, which was really great. View: The room type with garden view I chose is actually a certain distance from the Imperial Palace and it is not very visible due to the obstruction in front. When the weather is good, you can see Mount Fuji from the garden view (based on personal experience), but the weather was not very good during the three days I was there, so I couldn't see it.

Initial Room Issues: Upon settling into our room, we were immediately disturbed by a persistent cracking sound coming from the windows. It was loud enough to wake us up multiple times throughout the night, occurring every 5 to 10 minutes. This was incredibly frustrating, particularly after a long day of travel. Response to Complaints: The next morning, we reported the issue to the front desk and speculated that the noise might be coming from one side of the building. We requested to switch to a room on the opposite side before heading out for sightseeing. However, upon our return later that evening, we were given a room on the same noisy side, just one level up. This felt dismissive of our concerns and came across as a lackluster attempt to resolve our issue. It seemed as though they thought we were merely seeking an upgrade rather than genuinely wanting a quiet place to rest. Final Room Change: After expressing our dissatisfaction once more, the staff finally moved us to another room on the opposite side of the building. While this room was slightly larger and had the benefit of not placing the bed right next to the window, the cracking sound persisted. Although it wasn’t as disruptive as before, it was still disappointing that the initial concerns hadn’t been fully addressed. Culinary Highlight: On a positive note, the food at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent. The dinner was delicious and a highlight of our stay. Conclusion: While the restaurant offered great meals, the room issues and lack of effective communication left much to be desired. I hope the hotel can improve its responsiveness to guest complaints in the future.
